Great customer service! I accidentally left a pouch with important documents in the room, but the staff was extremely helpful in sending it back to me. They were patient with my questions, and I am thrilled that I received my belongings in a timely manner. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the extra heating in the bathroom, especially during chilly mornings after showering.

The television screen is not the sharpest or newest. However, I noticed that when I took my glasses off, the picture quality improved significantly.

Disappointed that the property did not have a working ice machine. Kind of an inconvenience for those of us who enjoy a cold beverage and snacks while relaxing Felt the pet charge ($90.00) for two small dogs for three nights was a bit steep

Clean room. Comfy bed.

Our room was on the rear of the property where road 81 is at it's most noisy. Didn't think to ask for a quieter room in advance, didn't know how bad the road noise was all night.

Bed comfortable, good price.

Floor dirty, not mopped in awhile it would seem. Also, in breakfast area, pump coffee creamer ( hazelnut flavor) full of ants so did not have coffee!

Convenient to the interstate, room was very clean, a.c. was cold, beds were comfortable. We had to check in late due to a softball tournament but it went smoothly and our room was ready.

Small parking lot but we found a spot so no big deal.

We were there due to power outages due to storm. The staff was great. Housekeeper took time to talk to me and was extremely nice. Room was spotless. I would definitely stay again

The owner was very pleasant & made sure we got whatever we needed. Room was very clean & met our needs.

I wish the mattress was a bit softer, but that could be just my preference due to my back issues. Would have loved more coffee in room since our stay was for 2 people & for more than a day.

The location and the staff was friendly

Beds need new mattresses as they are very hard. Also could use some cleaning. We also got put in a smoking room even though we had reserved months in advance and asked for non smoking

Very welcoming front-desk staff. Larger than average room. Very clean. I would stay here again.

There were a couple of minor issues - the smoke detector was missing from the room (there was just the backplate on the wall), and the carousel was missing from the microwave.

Excellent value, very clean room, helpful staff. Bonus: the exceptional Italian restaurant right behind the hotel.
