The room was good and Breakfast was good

The ice machine wasn't working. I had to ask the person who worked in the Breakfast room if they could get me some ice, which they were family to do.

Hotel grounds were exceptionally clean. Our room was immaculate. No funny smells as you entered. Breakfast options were excellent, eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, etc. Hotel was very quiet for duration of our stay (5 days).

Beds could be more comfortable BUT I prefer alittle softer mattress due to my health issues. I actually slept on top of thick comforter and it made it softer for me.

Handicap bathrooms /rooms should be reserved for handicap people and not booked by others unless asked for.

Bathrooms were a problem because they were not handicap accessible.

It was a great location and great for the price.

The room had a lot of moisture in it so everything felt wet. Also the key to come inside from outside an the door to room hardly worked. Seemed like a lot of people had this problem

The rooms and breakfast area were very clean.

The room price and the fact that over the course of 3 days my room was not automatically tidied up for the rate I paid.

The motel was clean and well kept. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was good.

The ice machine was broken.

The staff was wonderful. They were kind, helpful and loved their feeling I got of loving their job and those who enter in.

I can't think of anything I would change except a new smaller suitcase cart. Wheels need help!
