I really like this property! it’s convenient access off 77 in a town with plenty of restaurants and Walmart close by. The beds were comfortable and I didn’t have any issues with loud neighbors or vehicles. Also, the staff was super friendly.

There could definitely be a more thorough cleaning job on the floors, and maybe simple maintenance in bathroom fixtures (little crooked, Kleenex things fell off wall). But honestly the beds were clean and tidy, so that’s really my only complaint.

Easy access to the room. Had a second floor room that was only stairs accessible, no elevator (could be a problem for some people).

The breakfast area is a hike from the rear side of the inn. Parking lot has many potholes.

They hold the room rate on card for 2 days after your stay. I understand holding card but to actually hold an amount can cause issues in this time most people don’t have extra money to be held for days

There was no suite for us which we booked. Well there was one but the A/C was broken and a very hot day. Staff put us in a standard room that was very comfortable and clean. 2nd time there and both times maintenance issues. If they'd keep up with it, it would be a great place.

It was a good location. We came up to see the leaves, and we brought our little dog. The room was nicer than the last pet hotel we stayed in when we came up here.

Our room 211 did not have a refrigerator and a microwave oven. Since we came with young children, this is very important for us. During the night, our milk turned sour and the children cried until we bought fresh milk in the store in the morning and asked the store to warm it up to feed the children.

Besides being simple and clean kassie at the front desk made it that much more pleasant I felt greatly taken care of.

Great location to interstate. Large rooms, comfortable beds.

Needed an update, some peeling paint, couch and chair uncomfortable. About half the lights didn't work, 1 of 2 TVs didn't work

Great location right off the freeway. The area is quiet. The bed had a firm mattress which is good for my back.

Absolutely the best value of any hotel I stayed in during this trip. They didn't charge extra for my cat.
