The room very big and spacious. The kids loved the hotel and didn't want to leave. The indoor pool was heated and the attached hot tub was an added bonus. The front desk was fantastic and very helpful.

After the fantastic, staff, room and pool we were looking forward to full breakfast which ended up being a let down. There was no bacon, only sausage. The pancake maker wasn't working correctly which could have made up for no bacon. The staff tried numerous times to fix the pancake maker and apologized many times. The kids had to eat cereal or a banana. The omelets were pre-made and tasted like it. Biscuits and cinnamon rolls were good

HUGE room. They were able to accommodate us with a sleeper sofa as well as two queen beds. Fridge with freezer, big bathroom and nice toiletries. Staff was nice, helpful, and the hotel was clean. There's also an indoor pool.

I would have liked a small nightstand on each side of the beds. Or at least a wall plug on each side. The price is high for the area. That said, the room was big and the breakfast was good. So, maybe a little more justified. I just thought the price was high for a non-touristy, standard-issue hotel. It was booked solid, so maybe that says something.

Everything! The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, perfect after being stuck in horrible traffic. The room was huge, clean and comfortable! It is right off the interstate so location is perfect. Breakfast was fantastic!

The breakfast was excellent. However as delightful as the staff was, they were a tad bit noisy.

I was surprised I had to pay $5.00 for parking and I received a paid invoice under my door. I found it difficult to navigate to the handicapped room at the end of the hall. My husband and I wanted clean clothing which meant I had to bring in two suitcases plus out essential bag to the room.

It was actually the best hotel. My husband and I have ever been at. Everything about the place was excellent. I have never seen them clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Everyone was wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely the best we’ve ever had. I will definitely go there again thank you.

There was not a thing I didn’t that I didn’t like. It was excellent.

For the amount we paid you tacked on an additional $5 charge for parking!?!! It’s not like we were in the middle of a major city. And, we had to leave before the “free” breakfast anyway. scratchy towels.

The breakfast was very good. The staff kept it very clean & well stocked. Also the sitting area was very spacious & clean.

We received a charge for $5 to park in your lot. Totally unacceptable! Also the mattress we slept on was obviously old, as it sagged in the middle, so we were a bit uncomfortable.

We needed a wheelchair accessible room for the night. We were very pleased with the room they had for us. The roll in shower was so helpful! The staff was very friendly when we were trying to find a place to eat for the night. Breakfast and the coffee was delicious in the morning!

Excellent breakfast. Vegetarian omlette, tasty sausages, fresh potatoes. Better than usual. Excellent bed. Very clean facility.

We stayed in a room on a freshly renovated floor, and were impressed with the renovations in furnishings and decor. However, the room had not a single installed USB charger either at the desk or the bedside tables. For anyone who travels with several pieces of technology that need daily recharging (mobile phones, tablets, digital watches, hearing aids, etc.), carrying (or arriving without) numerous charging bricks designed for standard wall plugs is an inconvenience that will only become more irritating with the passage of time.
