Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was cleanish. There weren't any blatant problems like noise or smell. Really, the only reason I've been here twice is I drive between pennsylvania and florida several times a year, and this place is like 30 seconds off the highway I use.

Bathroom could be cleaner. The price felt a bit high for what I got. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I wanted to check out, nor was there a place to leave my room key, so when I got an email telling me it's time to check out several hours after I had left the hotel, I worried for a few minutes that they would charge me some sort of fee. They didn't, thankfully.

The location is great with exceptional views of the mountains. We travel with a small dog and he is welcomed with open arms! The $25 fee is very reasonable compared to other hotels! Brenda, the front desk receptionist is very pleasant and helpful!! Unsure of the name of the lady keeping the breakfast hot and clean, but she does it all with a smile! Cracker Barrel is just around the corner which we enjoy! There are many options for meals. Close by! Will always be our go to when in Wytheville!!!!

The location of the hotel was very easy to get in and get out of the breakfast was not much to talk about was not much to choose from

at 9 o’clock in the morning the maids were making too much noise in the hallway, banging the carts around. I feel they were doing it outside the doors of the people that were checking out. They need to have a little bit more courtesy of customers checkout is not till 11 o’clock, so the maids do not need to be making that much noise at 9 o’clock in the morning tVs need to be mounted on the wall

The staff was great, the pool was nice & refreshing, and the room/beds was very clean &comfortable. We also were able to bring our 2small fur babies. They had just renovated, and you'd have never known it was pet friendly it smelled so nice. There's also many good places to eat close by.

I thought the pet fee was a little steep, at $30.

The cleanliness and the quality of the customer service by the staff

I reserved a Handicapped room with a King Bed, which booking.com advertised and when my sister and I got to the hotel, there was not a king bed in the room, it was a double bed. So booking.com is advertising wrong and I feel I should get a partial refund. I had to rent a second room so I could get a good nights sleep for my 3 hour drive home.

Very friendly atmosphere. I didn’t get her name, but there was a very sweet house keeper as we were leaving. She helped us a whole bunch. She needs a raise. Definitely a keeper. She told us she was from New York. It was very quiet and the rooms were very clean. The sheets were soft. Indoor pool open until midnight.

It’s outdated. The remote control had tape holding the batteries in. It has basic cable. The drain in the sink was cracked. There was only one tiny trash can for the whole room and it’s in the bathroom. No towels by the indoor pool Only 1 elevator. Sometimes you would be waiting a little while to get to your room. Nothing too major No shampoo and conditioner in the room No laundry facility The juices, eggs, biscuits, and sausage were very poor quality. Almost not edible. The waffles and bagels are good though. The room was muggy/wet feeling. The breakfast only lasts until 9 am.

Location was nice, good pressure in shower, restaurants nearby.

Facility was a little dated. Breakfast was OK, but the 2 attendants weren't keeping up with the need. Had to request a different carafe for the decaf coffee (pump wasn't working) Bread and bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage rounds, and biscuits to make breakfast sandwiches. One waffle machine, juice machine, not enough tables, like they may have reduced tables because of covid and then not returned all to use. No TV guide, but staff knew to tell us to use station 2 for guide.

Very quiet

Unfortunately they are remodeling...which is a good thing as well .. we stayed on the 2nd floor our room had been already remodeled but wasn't completely finished... small fridge didn't work .. couple outlets still had exposed wires and no light fixture ... also the pool was closed

Everything was good just like it had been on the stay before. Beds were comfortable room was clean. Exactly what we were expecting.

Not a huge thing but there was no tissues in the bathroom and there was not a trash can in the bathroom. Small complaint but didn't really matter because we weren't there except to sleep and keep moving. Otherwise we would have asked for tissues. But like I said no big deal.

The breakfast was simple but good. We travel north with our little dog once or twice a year. We stay the night at this hotel going north and on our return trip. The price is reasonable for us AND our pet (unlike many if the other hotels in the area). The accommodations are comfortable and clean with a hot breakfast.
