Everything started out a little rough. When we arrived they could only find 1 room when I had booked 2 rooms through booking.com I gave them my confirmation as well as showed them the confirmation email they still could not find my reservation for 2 rooms. I was told I needed to call booking.com to resolve this. it was already late so I just went online and booked another room at a higher rate. Anyway that was the only issue the rest of the stay went well.

Front desk Was busy all the time and only had 1 person at the front desk so lines were often long.

When i walked into the building I was greeted by a very nice lady. As soon as she pulled up my name, she saw I am a Hilton Honors member and gave me a nice little bag with 2 waters and a bag of popcorn. I always have to buy water because I like a cold bottle first thing in the morning, and this was perfect for me to have one available. I really like the fact that you have walk in showers instead of just tub showers. So much easier to get in and out of for those of us with bad knees.

There were no juices available for breakfast. That is my only complaint.

Clean and comfortable and easy to access.

The door was extremely heavy and very difficult to open (229). The window blinds were almost impossible to open and close. It took a lot of strength to maneuver and two people to line it up properly to open with pulling the chain to the point of the king we may break it! But it stayed intact. The outside windows were dirty so the Mountain View was not so lovely as it could have been.

First time staying at a TRU. I was very pleased. Very clean and inviting lobby. Room was comfortable and so were the beds. Staff were all very friendly. Tv service was even good. No complaints, I'd stay again without question. Plenty of nearby places to eat. I love that they have 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby.

Very clean! The staff were amazing. There was not a microwave in the room and we needed to heat water for a bottle up for the baby. The staff were so accommodating and offered to help me heat up some water. I use this example because it is something they did that was over and above what I am sure their job duties call for. We will be looking for Tru hotels to stay in everywhere we go now!

The property was new, clean, comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. When we arrived, half of the town was without electricity, the staff could not have tried harder to make us feel welcome and keep us abreast of what needed to be done while the electricity was out.

The only suggestion I have is that the free breakfast have a few more choices of hot foods to eat

Very clean. Easy location. The young man that checked me in was superb with excellent customer service manners.

As it was my fault for not requesting a repair but the shade wouldn’t go all the way down so I had lights shining in my eyes all night.

Rooms are spacious, great work out room! The lobby is very inviting and comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom was making a loud screeching noise, could not move rooms as the hotel was sold out, we understood that but there was nothing offered to assist that evening.

I thought everything about my stay was excellent. The room, the entire property, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was outstanding . I will stay here again in the future !

There wasn’t any part of my stay that was bad. Absolutely no negative comments.

The location was very close to the town center. We were there for 4th of July and it was incredibly easy to get downtown to see the fireworks. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was also excellent, lots of choices and tasty.

I thought everything was great.
