Comfortable bed, comfortable room.

A little out of the way. But mostly.... The noise generated at reception echoes throughout the Hotel. On the first night, 4am I thought there was a shouting match going on outside. I soon realised it was inside the hotel. I followed the sound downstairs and the 2 guys pulling the nightshift were animatedly talking, not in whispers, not in 'inside voice mode' but loud, 'outside voice' mode, oblivious to what they were doing. This morning, early, 5am, they were letting kids whoop and run around 5he floors.

We came to Madurai with family for temple visit. Rooms are very clean and tidy. We are happy with the stay.

Toilet shattaff (water nozzle) is leaking badly. There is no parking space for even two cars. We parked our car on the open sidewalk where there is no security. Location is very congested and odd.

Breakfast is not available at the hotel, so I went outside and ate at a place 200 meters from the hotel. But I liked the location which was very calm.

In the morning, if they keep the required items to prepare coffee in the room, including hot water, necessary items, brown sugar, and tea packets, it would be good.

Booked 3 rooms with 4210 rupees. It was very cheap and the rooms were really neet and cleaned we all liked the rooms and facilities and the staffs were also polite. I didn't like the location of the property and the parking facility. The road was very narrow and guttered. Only 3 cars could park there, and we waited more than 10 minutes to take out the car.

It's nice and comfortable overall. We stayed in the executive suite. Clean and crisp. Good staff esp. the main staff guy at night duty. Posh Bathrooms. Initially had some inconvenience as hotel didn't call at booking but hotel turned out to be honest and welcoming.

Nobody called after booking (Got a call later if we are arriving, but not when we needed it). And we could not contact hotel since didn't find any contact number on google suggestions. So we has to ADJUST for one of the room sizes we initially wanted. No good resto nearby in walking distance for family. But swiggy is active in area.

Room was exactly as pictured and described on Booking. Good quiet location, with everything you need within walking distance. Comfortable beds, loads of hot water and the staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with eating recommendations and onward travel advice.

Nothing really....but if I had to pick something then having only one seat in the room meant that we were unable to both sit out on the balcony.

The building is new and pleasant. The room and premises are kept very well. Cleanliness and quality of room decor, furniture and facilities are the best part of it. For what you get, the pricing was excellent. Total VFM. The approach roads are relatively narrow but paved and has sufficient width for large SUVs.

The staff at reception are helpful, polite and well mannered. The support staff looked a bit shy and hesitant to help or interact with the guests. They might need training to improve that. Parking is a bit congested and space is limited. But they were managing it very well. We had to leave the car's key at reception to help with that.

The hotel charged 800rs for an extra bed and they didn't give us the bill. They told they'll send by WhatsApp yet they didn't

This is fairly a new hotel (was told that like 4 mths old). Good location but the road leading to this hotel was a single-lane type. Limited but the car park is avail. Everything was very new - touch panel elevator - wow!! Decent room and bathroom size. AC and Hot water were good. Friendly staffs and quickly get things for you (for a small token of tips/payment). TV channels working.

The road leading to this hotel was a single-lane type. Fan was spinning in the reverse direction - highlighted to their staff. Bfast is not included. Not many convenient shops within walking distance (maybe 10mins walks).

room was ok and a/c was good. nice bathroom and shower. little weak wifi. location bit tough when travelling late evenings. But that is madurai. very congested

congested road. max 2 cars can be parked...saw a small cockroach and some bugs in bed.
