It was a very clean hotel. The bed was also very comfy. I will definitely go here the next time I need a hotel in Danville. I had previously went to the hotel next door and this far surpasses that one's quality. The other one was actually more expensive. The staff was very sweet. I had dropped my hotel key card on the floor while eating breakfast without realizing and one of the ladies watching over the food bar noticed and picked it up and even took it and washed it off and gave it back to me. How nice. From what I have seen, this is probably the nicest hotel in Danville. Highly recommend.

The property was well kept and maintained. The staff was friendly from checking in to checking out. Very welcoming and warm environment. The room was clean and the cleaning staff even left a personal note on the night stand welcoming me to the hotel. I thought that was a nice touch.

The rooms were not as big as the typical rooms are at most TownePlace sites but still provided enough comfort for my needs.

A big selling point in choosing this hotel was the indoor pool for my little boy. Pool room was wonderful and clean. Our room was huge, and had everything you would need for an extended stay. Breakfast had a good variety. There was always hot coffee ready.

The room was nice and spacious, the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good as well and both front desk agents were pleasant.

The property was great. Everything I needed was in that shop area by the front desk.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable to stay at. My request and needs are always met!

The same front desk person always makes mistakes, messes up my check in or check out. I'm just a little bit over that part!!

Staff was very pleasant and hospitable got us anything we asked for with no complaint no matter who was working all shifts were fantastic

Nothing we didn't like about this stay it was perfect. We had no complaints we even had a birthday party that ended with a slumber party.

Desk clerk Alyssa was great—helpful and efficient, always pleasant. The first day breakfast was good with the cheese omelette and very good coffee. The hotel’s spots for sitting and chatting were very comfortable. It would be nice for an extended stay.

A walk-in shower wasn’t available, and the tub was so slick my husband wasn’t safe to stand in it. The seat in the shower just doesn’t get it. The second morning, when breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30, the food was gone before 9. Some dried up fired eggs were left, but no toast, bagels or English muffins had been available all morning I heard.

Clean, comfortable, and modern.

Nothing, everything about our stay was 10/10 kudos to the staff for their hospitality.

the outdoor space was very nice to sit out and relax. needs to be kept cleaner though

it did not have a hot tub. for that price point it needs a hot tub or two

For about 4 hours when checked in to the room the fire alarm was going off, with the strobe light. The sound was off for the alarm, the only bright side.
