THE VIEW! Waking up every morning looking over the lake and mountains was worth the money in itself (we chose an apartment with a lake view). Beautiful, clean and sunny pool area. The staff at the desk were friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely want you to have a nice stay. The apartment was spacious and modern with a well equipped kitchen. The balcony was huge - complete with sun chairs aswell as the usual table and chairs. Nice drinks and snacks available at the pool bar/cafe (try the limoncello spritz!). We had a car but the walk into Malcesine was fine… about half an hour, slightly up hill on the way back. There’s also a really good German Biergarten about 4 minutes walk away… would recommend!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Amazingly well insulated, room didn’t get cold at the beginning of October despite the cool weather and no heating available yet. Looks nice for the warmer months when you can enjoy the pool area. Spacious apartments and absolutely wonderful mountain and lake view.

Not many power points around, bring a board if you need to connect multiple devices. But then you shouldn’t need to like we did whilst on (working) holiday 🙃 would be great to have a heated pool and the option to have breakfast onsite. The walk into town is a bit far but we knew that when we booked.

Very clean and modern facilities, everything thought out well, fully stocked kitchen utensils, lovely view onto the garden which had ponies, lots of bird life and an ostrich! Great location close to Malcesine.

Nothing, the pool looked really nice but we were sad we didn’t use because the weather wasn’t right, obviously not the properties fault!

Really great hotel. Katy was really lovely and always on hand to help with anything at all. She is an absolute credit to the place. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and a huge balcony. The pool was great and never crowded. The walk into Malcesine was a bit tiring in the heat but there is a bus from right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. We got the bus back twice during our stay which was great. There is also a lovely restaurant right outside the gates which was really handy and another place 5 mins away, Speck Stube which was a grill house with huge outside area, great atmosphere, was brilliant for a drink. We originally only booked 4 nights here but ended up adding another 3 nights on as we loved it so much. Safe underground parking available too. Massive well done Katy and the team.

Having to leave !

We stayed 2 nights in this apartment complex, it’s new, the room was spacious and very clean, nice balcony with spectacular view on Garda Lake and Olive Garden is a good bonus. This facilities are very good for family travelers who wants to cook. The room has fully equipped kitchen. We liked swimming pool and table tennis in the garden. The residence complex is located in 20 min walk distance from cable car and 25-30 min walk from the Malcesine village center. We recommend to rent a boat in malcesine port, it’s great experience when you are allowed drive the motor boat by yourself.

No drinking water in the room, very limited number of cosmetic is available: no hand soap, just couple of very small shower gel bottles. You should manage you energy if you decide to go to the center of the village by walk. There is very limited options to order a taxi, you will have to go back 2-3 km by walk as well.

Everything was perfect- the location, the stunning view (apartment with lake view) the facilities. It was clean and comfortable. Katy was so friendly and so kind.. many thanks! We are looking forward to visit the Residence Malcesine soon again.

The room view is the best thing in the hotel

The check in process is took long time which is un normal while we are coming from a long trip . Rooms decor and choice of colors not fit and there is no room clean service.

Absolutely fantastic place for families looking for a great rest. Location was more then perfect for us, very easy to reach a lovely city centre and be on the beach within couple of minutes. Our apartment was very specious, perfectly equipped with everything we needed. One bedroom was really big, the second one, connected to the kitchen, also. The bathroom with a huge shower cabine was ideal for two adults and two children. On the top of that, our apartment was equipped with a really big tarrace with entrances to both rooms. Fantastic view (the lake on the left, mountains on the right) made us a little confused: we didn't know if we should go to the beach or continue our breakfast watching this panorama. Last but not least - personnel of Residence Malcesine is just brilliant ! Katy and Marisa; we would like to sent our huge thanks for your hospitality. See you as soon as possible !

Great location and swimming pool,. Dedicated bike storage space. Excellent view from the Garda lake facing rooms. Spacious rooms and terrace. Washing machine and dryer available for free.

This is a great place to stay. We were staying for one week during the holidayseason summer 2022. Great facilities, nice and accommodating staff, perfect view of the Garda Lake and all necessary resources nearby (beach, downtown Malsicine, grocerystore and so on). We will definitely come back!

The pool area is great (for adults), but for the very little ones it could be better.
