The hotel and amenities were great. We loved the pool and the bar, evening entertainment was great. The staff were so nice. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring lake Garda. The kids loved the pool and very family friendly so they got to play with lots of other kids too

You should allow pizza in the evening to be served anywhere in the bar area and not just in the designated pizza area. That felt like a rule that made no sense. You should add a jacuzzi to the pool area. And add free weights/dumbbells to the gym. Also if you have a shuttle you should use it more. The shuttle was never convenient. Should be every hour or even on demand - call for pickup. The town is so far to walk all the time so the shuttle should be more accommodating

It’s a very big hotel. It’s very clean. We were in a deluxe room which was very spacious with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. It’s quite dated decor. The location is probably the best on lake Garda. The most stunning little town. It’s a long walk to and from the town so you do need a car although the hotel does have a shuttle bus. The WiFi was brilliant. The breakfast was good and had everything you could need

The decor is dated.

-Food was great, different varieties everyday for breakfast and dinner -Room was spacious with good working AC -Great facilities especially for families -Staff were excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful

-Our bathroom and some of the facilities were dated and weak/no wifi in the room but strong in other areas of the hotel -no kettle for tea/coffee in the room

Perfect for family of all ages.. small journey to the centre and silent at night. Lots of pool options and outdoor activities. the kids club was amazing for our one and 7 year old, we had to drag them away. Beautiful room (we had a junior garden suite) and everything was so clean. Housekeeping made swans every day for the kids beds which they loved.

Food was a big let down for us, lots of buffet options at breakfast but it was the same every day with only a small selection of hot food. It was fine, we wall had a little something to start the day but nothing to get excited about. We chose to dine in one evening and wished we hadn’t, it was buffet style again and I feel like it was overbooked so getting food for the kids first was mayhem.. we were literally being pushed out of the way in the queues, the food quality wasn’t amazing, we settled with simple pasta dishes and the kids enjoyed dessert before we retreated to our room. We ate for the same price at the next night at the grill (3courses with wine) and it was delicious.

Food was great, room was nice and cool, staff where super kind and helpfull and everything was as advertised or better (except for the internet)

Barely any internet connectivity in our room. The staff told us we should have said something sooner (we told them on our last day) as they could have added a repeater to increase the signal. So again really helpfull in trying to resolve the issue.

What a brilliant option for young families. So much on for kids, yet if you want adult time, there is plenty on too. Lots of options for chilling, swimming or entertainment. Brilliant buffet and kids under 3 eat free. Sensational. Staff always had a smile on their face, no matter when you bumped into them. Also, some great restaurants local to hotel, that you do not need to walk back into town for. Give them a go.

Getting out of the pool to go home.

Very nice hotel but due to the location one part at a higher level which involved 2 lifts and a walkway. The soft furnishings in our room were very 1990's but all looked very new, so that is obviously the style they want. For instance, no scuff marks on the wall, carpet perfect so I'm even wondering whether it had recently been refurbished in that dated style. Large bathroom, very large room with sofa bed and balcony, we were in the upper part of the hotel so lovely views. We had dinner out, but breakfast was a large buffet. Nice swimming pools on both levels. Very clean.

Nothing except perhaps the distance between the two parts of the hotel which meant our group was quite divided, some at bottom level, some at top. We were 6 adults and 2 children. They were unable to accommodate us in rooms close to each other, so we had upgraded rooms in the top level.

The views from the hotel are fantastic, and it's such a great place to stay if you have kids as there's quite a bit to do.

The only disappointing thing that we experienced, which is quite petty on our behalf, if I do say so myself. It was the day of the wedding and everyone had been out all day, we returned to the hotel (at approximately midnight) hoping to all get one last round of drinks before bed, but the bar staff were adamant that they had called last orders and were shutting the bar, so not everyone was able to get a drink. It would have been nice to get one last drink to finish the night off with the whole wedding party, but oh well that's the British for you.

the playground for kids and the pool were good.

the area was full of mosquitos. the dinner buffet was very diseappointing for 23 euros for an adult . the breakfast wasn't the greatest.

the hotel is great for children, and Adults alike . I would not recommend adults staying if they do not like children or dogs! the hotel is spacious, hard working staff. really clean, great food and the staff are amazing.

I did not like the part of the hotel I was staying in, In comparison to the part my son and daughters stayed in . for the same rate.
