Our stay at Villa Treccani was perfect - we were met by the host as we left the car park and shown to our room. The room (apartment) itself was perfect - large open space, kitchen with everything we needed, and nice clean little bathroom, plus our own private terrace outside with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers. There was also a swimming pool (a little cold for us!) and a spa pool up on the main terrace. We were a short walk into the village so very easy access to shops, restaurants, bakeries etc, plus the castle and cablecar to the mountain.

I thought the location was really good. It is about a 15 minute stroll along the lake into the centre of Malcesine. The owner met us and gave us some great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. She also gave us a map and pointed out different places to visit. Each apartment was located a parking space on the grounds so we were confident that our rental was safe. The pool facility particularly the hot tub was fantastic.

The room was quite dark but that's understandable considering it is located right up beside the mountain behind.

Location was great - 15 minute walk into central Malcesine, with the walk being along the lake and a few bars/ restaurants to stop at on the way if needed. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. We travelled with a baby (8 months) and they had everything set up ready for us on arrival, including highchair, travel cot and nappy bin. Swimming pool was lovely, the views were wonderful. We had 4 adults and the little one, there was plenty of room for all of us and storage/ fridge space/ kettle/ microwave all in the room for us to use. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

I was met by a friendly and warm lady who made me feel very welcome. She spoke English for me and was very helpful with local information. The owner was very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure my experience was fantastic. I would 100% stay here again. The pool is beautiful. The views are amazing and the service is exceptional.

We had the best time staying here on our first (and not last) visit to Lake Garda. The apartments couldn't be better! The pictures are true to the real look of the place but don't quite capture the charm. The landscaping on the grounds is so charming and adds to the homey feel. Apartments are right next to each other, but the front porch (where each of us had dinners, breakfasts outside to enjoy the grounds, air, and views) feels private because of the greenery around it. The pool is small but lovely and great for the kids; hot tub was small but cozy and perfect after a long day. Most of the people around us were families doing exactly what we were doing- spending family time together on the lake, so we all kept our space clean, quiet, and shared common spaces well. The owners were so friendly and helpful. I cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the apartment which had everything we needed (including salt, olive oil, vinegar, soap, sponges, sufficient pots and pans, etc). Excellent grocery store very close by. Apartment also had towels for bathing and pool towels (nice big ones!). The best part was we were a stone's throw from the beach! Granted, it is a section of the beach where dogs can go, but it was large enough that it didn't bother us and if you don't like that, just walk a bit down the way. The water was pretty clean. Rocky beach, so bring water shoes. We had an inflatable raft and lots of others had paddle boards and boats. These can also be kept on the apartment grounds, which was great. This was the mini-vacation we hoped for and I would highly recommend the apartments!

Great location, walk along the lake 20 minutes to Malcesine. Also in front of the apartment is the marina where ferries to Limone and Riva Del Garda run. The owners were also helpful with advice and answering our questions. We enjoyed everything and if we go to Garda again we will stay there.

Clean apartment with everything you need. Easy 15min walk to Malcesine, the lake is right across the street. Parking is easy and pool and jacuzzi area are clean and welcoming The owners are super nice and easy to commumicate with. They even get you fresh croissants and bread in the morning if you wish

Awesome location, no hustle on checkin, friendly staff, pool is available 24/7, lake is 3 mins walk, parking onsite, shops and restaurants 15 mins walk. Room is really clean, plenty of space and all you need is there. Awesome place!

Love big terrace, nice pool (although we preferred to go to the lake), friendly staff and spacious apartment filled with everything we needed. We also liked the barbecue area!

It was a little bit of a walk to the shop but that actually turned out to be nice!

The location was amazing the variety of things to do was great. The swimming pool was clean the jacuzzi also. The staff went beyond their efforts to welcome us and accommodate for you. Truly a lovely holiday

Wifi didn’t work in our apartment. But since we didn’t need it we didn’t mind
