We liked the breakfast. It had quite a lot of variety. We liked how getting to the beach was only a 4-5 minute walk. The gondola was there too. You can walk into anywhere you want. The balcony view of the castle is awesome.

The pool it would have been nice to be open 7 or 7:30am and maybe not close until 10. Maybe they try to stop folks from partying at the pool. I’m not sure. I did ask for a change of towels on the 2nd day and they seemed to either not understand or think I was being picky. The hotel had the tv very high up.

Well maintained hotel in a nice location walking distance from the core of the town. Amenities include outdoor pool, whirlpool, indoor pool, salt room, sauna. Breakfast was excellent in quality and variety. Personnel was very friendly. We had a room with truly spectacular view.

There was nothing we did not like. I would have preferred if the sauna was open all day long instead of the evening only

I was refused the air con even though you can have it throughout September because they didn’t think it was hot enough, surely my decision if I’m hot or not therefore the room was very stuffy on an evening

The staff, especially the man at the front who also served us breakfast was fantastic and so helpful. We had a late check in and they helped us with parking, ensured we were happy and our questions answered. They were very accommodating and gave us the room with the best view (room 111). The breakfast was fantastic. There is even a juicer for you to make whatever tickles your fancy. The poll area is great but we only used it at night. It is also very close to the old town center and across the road from the cable car.

We didn't like leaving.

Hotel, staff and the breakfast were all amazing! Hotel was always clean, staff were great, very friendly and always happy to help! Location was great also, we were there for a wedding and you could see the church from the hotel and was right opposite the cable carts!

Lovely hotel perfectly located to visit Malcesine. It was very quiet and comfortable and we slept very well. The pool area is great with plenty of lounges. Breakfast was great.

We were aware of the air conditioning policy before booking but I would definitely read up on this if you are someone who wants air conditioning all day.

Every thing was lovely from the helpful staff. The upgrade was appreciated, lovely breakfast, ideal location to get into Malcesine town center to the Funicular to Mount Baldo,

Everything. Lovely and clean. Beautiful garden with pool. Very friendly staff. Well situated. Not far from centre. Beautiful views of Monte Baldo and also down to the lake.

I liked everything.

We absolutely loved this hotel, and even asked if we could extend our stay a little longer as we didn't want to leave. Huge clean rooms with a great shower. Wonderful facilities including a bar and 2 swimming pools. The location was superb and was within walking distance to the main town and beach (>5mins) and was across the street from the ski lifts/ lifts to the top of the mountain. Incredible breakfast with the most friendly staff member to welcome you.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We cant rate this hotel highly enough. We will definitely be back

The hotel personnel was very kind and helpful. The hotel room and the view over Malcesine and Garda-lake was very nice.
