Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help. Family run hotel felt very personal and welcoming. Location on the lake front is stunning. I left some clothes in the wardrobe and the hotel posted them onto the next hotel for me.

Great location, the suite on the top level is spacious and has stunning views from 2 balconies, and a comfy bed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about what to do and where to go. The old city is a short walk away, swimming is right in front of the hotel. I would stay here again.

It is a great location directly on the lake shore. The breakfast is ok not great. Rooms have a balcony looking over lake.

People smoke on their balconies and for a non -!smoker this van be quite annoying as you would like to enjoy the lake and air from your balcony. If you smoke yourself…well…you might want to be a little considerate…

The location was amazing. the staff were lovely, the property was always clean and well presented.

some of the hot items were not always available at breakfast. They had often run out when we went at about 9am. The air conditioning did not work properly, we didn’t mention it as it was September, it was not to much of a problem. we paid.for a delux lake side room, we were opposite a wall and next to the bar. Again it was not a massive problem , but think the hotel should be clearer in their description of the rooms, as the higher rooms had an un obstructed view.

Unique location direct at lake, indoor parking included, big room with spacious bathroom (room 108), had best grilled salmon I can remember in the restaurant, big bed, soundproofed room, available comfortable swimming pool.

Some small issues I communicated with hotel that do not fully justify 4 star rating.

Excellent staff - Patrizia and Georgiana were so helpful in everything we needed. Food was fantastic, very comfortable rooms and beautiful location.

My sister and I stayed for one night. We loved the hotel! The two sisters that run the hotel were so nice and helpful. The room, location, and view were amazing. The hotel was a short walk from town which was nice to get out of the very busy area. We had dinner at the restaurant with an amazing view! The food was delicious! Especially, the eggplant appetizer and the carbonara. Malcesine is a must stop while visiting Lake Garda!

Staff are amazing, location is perfect and beachfront, breakfast tasty, neighbours friendly, quick walk to the village, view is spectacular
