Very comfortable and big apartment. Location is perfect to get anywhere via public transport. the host Alex takes care of everything you may need. so far the best for our Rome visits.

Delicious food, amazing staff, parties and entertainment are exceptional! Love the atmosphere there.

I suppose that the service is generally acceptable. When choosing a reservation, I was guided by the presence of a swimming pool. But during my stay, the pool was closed because it was being cleaned.

The room was a bit small for 4 people.

Room was falling apart,and filthy dirty. Beds were like sleeping on rock. Afro beats playing outside until 3 am.

Staff was really helpful and it was easy to find the hotel.

This place is obscenely expensive for what you get. Especially when it comes to comfort. There was a huge school trip during my stay and it was extremely noisy. I woke up very early morning due to noise coming from outside the room.

I’ve only wrote another feedback ever about another hotel which was the most amazing place I’ve been to. So it only felt fair that I would write one also for the worst hotel on Earth! To start with the entire hotel and in particular the rooms smell of piss. Quite clearly they have a massive plumbing issue that they do not intend to resolve! If you are looking to come to Baia Domizia, save your money and your mood by NOT coming to this hotel. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the hidden charges: the parking and even the cot that we had requested and should have been free (as stated on the website). They tried to charge us 15€ a day for a cot and Booking.com had to intervene to put them back in their place! The staff was most unhelpful and rude and even suggested that our toddler slept with us (never mind years of talking out parents around co-sleeping!). If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is NOT the place to be: loud music well over 11.30. Wish it was some tunes you could dance? You are very wrong as there is mazurka and valzer together with some Italian hits from the 80s! At every time of the day there is an annoying person on the microphone who, quite clearly without any success, tries to involve the people in this cringe fest that is supposed to be the “animation” in this place (Maybe a reanimation ward would be more indicated at this place). At 10 am they knocked on the door to clean the room (of course no way to ask to not disturb as no signs provided). Bear in mind dogs are also allowed here and you might happen to have the room next to a barking dog! We had the room on the ground floor and when we returned they had left the balcony open (we left it close) so anyone could jump in our room and steal our staff. Room is dirty, old, dark and smelly. No hot water. Would like to write more but no more space.
