Our stay was wonderful! The place is very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful – they welcomed us with gifts, and upon departure, the children received more lovely surprises. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is excellent – very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet. There is convenient on-site parking for a fee, and in the lobby, there is a lovely area with a kids’ corner, which our children loved. We would gladly come back again!

Honestly, we have nothing negative to say about the property itself – everything was excellent! The only thing worth mentioning is that the town of Leptokarya can feel a bit busy during the season.

Really nice and comfortable rooms in a modern-looking building. The staff were very helpful. A thoughtful gesture was the small gift we received at check-in. The parking area is nearby, though a bit narrow for larger cars.

The city was quite a surprise – it felt as if we had traveled back in time to the early 2000s, when crowds from Central Europe flocked to the seaside with nearly empty pockets and low expectations. The houses, streets, and beachfront looked old, built without any clear planning, crowded, and filled with cheap, low-quality restaurants, pubs, and street shops. On the beach, we felt like sardines in a can. A truly funny and unexpected place – very different from many other destinations. The highlight was seeing a daughter dyeing her mother’s hair right there on the beach.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the best parts is its location — just a short walk to the sparkling sea. Waking up and having the beach so close was an absolute dream. Every detail at Anassa Suites felt carefully thought out, with comfort and hospitality at the center of it all. It’s the kind of place that leaves you with wonderful memories and a desire to return again and again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming getaway by the sea!

The facility is brand new and very functional. From our room we could see both the sea and mount Olympus. The facility is basically on the sea and in walking distance from a very central area. The staff was super. They provided us with a welcome basket and, when we left, they gave the children some small presents.

The room for 5 people was quite small. There was only 1 table on the terrace but not enough chairs for everyone. The room for five people costed circa 40% more than the room for four people. In addition, despite the low season and most restaurants/activities being shut down, the facility costed on average 30/40% more of all the other facilities we stayed during this holiday.

Great location. A breath away from the beach, The room was large and comfortable as well as the bathroom (perfect shower), and everything was spotless (even it had Netflix ). The hygiene in accommodation is at the highest level, daily cleaning, replacement of bed linen etc. The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful. The underground parking is a big plus. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in, We enjoyed very nice vacation. At the first opportunity we will definitely visit again. I highly recommended it with all my heart.

The location is excellent, about 90 meters from the beach. Very close to the city center. You have free parking on the street, or paid parking at the hotel. The hosts were very kind. On arrival, we received a welcome bag of groceries. The studio is very well decorated and the space is well designed. The kitchen is small but has the necessary cooking appliances. From the terrace, you have a view of Olympus or a sea view. The building is new and well-maintained. Ultimately, my two children received gifts from the gentleman who worked at the reception.

very nice and cozy place, located on a quieter street, very close to the beach. the room is spacious, with a balcony and very nice view to the sea, but also to the mountains. the staff is very friendly and respond to every need. impeccably clean. a lot of taverns, coffee shops, supermarkets nearby.

i liked everything about the property, but the resort is very crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anassa Suits. The accommodation we were in was on the second floor, which you can reach by stairs or elevator. Nicely furnished apartment with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning and wi-fi work great. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with a side view of the sea. Everything is clean and new, towels are changed as needed. The staff is very friendly and responsive. They pleasantly surprised us with the gifts they set aside for the children.

he gentleman at the reception was extremely polite and kind. The location is fantastic. Everything was very clean. There was peace and order throughout the hotel. I would gladly visit the hotel again.

The room was cleaned rather late during the day, possibly because it was on the top floor and was the largest one, featuring two terrace.

The hotel is new and very nice.The room was very clear, comfortable and cosy. I paid for a room with a sea view and they put us in a room with a city view but it was a small mistake that was corrected the next day and the staff apologised and were very polite the whole time. All staff was very kind and helpful.
