incredibly nice staff; great location; there was a parking option; clean rooms :)

The mattresses and pillows were hard and a bit uncomfortable; it was quite noisy as some of the doors had ball locks and there was some banging in the hallways

The location is good, very close to the beach. The owners and staff are very friendly. The size of the room, a large balcony and good and regular hygiene (the room is cleaned every day) are the advantages of this hotel.

The hotel is walking distance away from all of the restaurants on the Nei Pori board walk, about 500 feet from the beach, really recommend.

Great location, good value for that money.

Internet is not good in the evening hours. On the second floor we didn’t have internet after 6 pm.

We liked the balcony and the owners. They were really nice and welcoming. The apartman was really clean and big.

Location close to the beach. Very good communication with the owner. The apartment is clean (cleaning is done every day), the beds are comfortable and there is AC in every room. The balcony is a plus, very nice.

The bathroom should be renewed.

Good location, close to the sea and the seaside promenade. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious and has a huge balcony. It is well equipped and cleaning has been done daily. Owners are very nice, they are present and always willing to help if needed. Overall, we had a very nice stay in Nei Pori and recommend Hotel Filoxenia.

The property exceeded our expectations, it was very clean , quiet, location wise amazing as it is only 2 minutes walk from the beach, near supermarket and a short walking distance from the tavernas and restaurants. The family that runs the hotel is extremely polite and they prepare amazing coffee at the coffee bar at the hotel :) . Hopefully we will have a chance to stay at Filoxenia again.
