Great location just a few minutes drive to the south entrance of Grand Canyon NP. Room was clean and comfortable and cozy. Pet friendly! Quite a cool set up: the room has a door that opens to the parking for easy unloading of luggage and another door opening to the interior of the hotel. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub especially as it got down to 5 degrees F overnight! Friendly staff.

The room and bathroom are very clean, no unpleasant smells. We chose a room on the first floor and we had a great view and access to the forest. In general, a very good hotel and service, and most importantly, the location is close to the Grand Canyon National Park. The hotel has a swimming pool, a spa area and restaurants with attractive prices and delicious food.

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were always working around the property to keep it up, you can tell there is a lot of work that goes into maintaining such a large property. The pool and both hot tubs were nice. We used the laundry facilities once and they we nice and worked well. We appreciated the proximity to IMAX and Grand Canyon shuttle.

This property could do more to reduce waste. We were disappointed that we had to go through several small plastic containers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. More and more hotels are moving to pump dispensers for this, and it greatly reduces the plastic waste. There were also no recycling containers for bottles or cans.

Comfy clean room with good air con.good bar with friendly staff and excellent craft beer.very good location fir grand canyon which enabled early and late visits to view sunrise and sunsets. Buffet breakfast but .....

Bar. Restaurant and shop staff were friendly and very helpful. However both reception staff we dealt with were surly to the point of rudeness. On check in we we not told about the availability of the buffet breakfast and only discovered it on last morning otherwise we would have used it each morning and not the very expensive McDonald's over the road

The staff placed us in what seemed to be a suite and the far end of the property and what a delight! It was a very roomy room and very clean and neat! We had dinner at the bar/restaurant and it was lovely! Large dishes and nice music! Big televisions too if that’s what you’re there for! VERY close to the Grand Canyon, we were able to go back and forth, in and out, as we were there several days! Celebrated 31 years of our first “vacation” together!

The front desk personnel seemed grumpy! We spoke with someone who seemed bothered I asked a question. Then I called the next day to ask for some body wash and coffee packets and the front desk clerk sounded grouchy, “what else” was the response received and then a hang up!

Convenient location, beautiful property! I love that my room had a door to outside and another to enter the interior (shared space). The desk staff were very accommodating! While there were other pets staying at the property, I never felt inconvenienced with my service dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a small improvement. It would’ve been nice to have grass (or fake grass) behind the property in the dog relief area. Due to the pebbles, my dog didn’t want to potty there. It was fine though, a short distance away was a patch of fake grass that he used.

Location was key. My wife and I we there to view the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and it was only minutes away. The staff were friendly and attentive from the front desk, kitchen, house keeping. Ms. Susie that worked the information table was super sweet and informative (thank you). Everything we needed was literally a walk away. I would 💯 percent return there and recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints. Great establishment and operations to provide their guests a comfortable stay.

Very nice king suite. Plenty of linens for two. Staff at check in was very helpful in planning a couple trips into the canyon area.

Stayed one night, Nov 18th. The king suite was equipped with two heating/AC units. Neither unit seemed to be able to track a preset temp. They would run full heat, then we needed to switch it to fan only to let the space cool down. Could have been user error. We were given a room on the 2nd floor in the building adjacent to the pool. Only a few rooms were occupied that night but a family was placed right above us. We could hear stomping most of the night.

We arrived late at the hotel after visiting the Grand Canyon. We stayed for just one night, and the check-in process went smoothly. The rooms were good. There was a cozy bar and a restaurant where we had dinner. The food was fine, and the bar had a nice atmosphere. Afterward, we relaxed in the jacuzzi on the hotel's covered courtyard, which we really enjoyed. The early check-out went smoothly as well. The entrance to Grand Canyon National Park is close by. If you're planning to visit the park, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a convenient and fairly priced hotel that allowed us to show a family member visiting the US the sights of the Grand Canyon! We usually camp in warmer months and hadn't ever stayed in a hotel nearby before, but it was conveniently located, very close to the entrance to GCNP! The room was clean and it was nice to have a microwave and a mini fridge.

The two beds in the room were really small and whilst we fit two people in one bed it wasn't comfy. Also the bed dipped badly in the middle and we both had sore backs as a result.
