The front desk clerk went above and beyond. He personally came out to help me park in an excellent spot. The instructions for using the remote functions were spot on. The clerk seemed to anticipate my needs by providing extra towels before I even asked.

The room had a balcony, which was great but it was difficult to access due to the large sofa.

Great location, very close to main food places &shops, but far enough away to be quiet. Staff were super friendly, storing my bag when I arrived too early to check in, but insisting I had breakfast.

The self service element of breakfast, luggage storage and checkout was a little unnerving, but it was absolutely fine in the end, and I’d have no issue in future visits.

It is the gentleman behind the counter that made this a 10. The facility was clean, the room was average average and had a bath tub. Even though we could hear the club next door, given the hotels location the room was surprisingly quiet. The front desk however was amazing. We were always greeted with a smile. He always provided us with suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Every time we walked into the lobby he had a small treat for us.

Location is perfect for those late night or early mornings from the clubs.

Bed, it’s too hard! Please add pillow tops on top give people the option to move it they don’t like soft top. Beds need some updating

The property is in a perfect location for visiting Osan Air Base and is the heart of the SED, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The host was very helpful and friendly. Every time we returned he’d hand us fresh cold water and was eager to make restaurant recommendations, writing out what to order in Korean for us. He let us choose between two rooms and spent at least 19 minutes explaining how to use the tv, set the air, etc.

It was great for what we needed.

I love the most is the people who is managing the hotel very accomodating helpful no matter what nationanlity you are from.. Most specialy there warm smole when evertine you coming in and out. The room are very clean with freebies also its area is like paradise heacen you can eat in restaurant of diffeent nationallitu plus it is safe to roam around cause you are near the american base

The exchange rate is cheaper compare to dongdaemun or myeondong you should bring cash when going here

Great price, great location, and check-in was so easy. Was blown away with how polite and thorough the staff was at not only checking us in but they went to the room with us to show where they were located, how the controls worked (good for any Americans who haven't been around Korean hotels), and if the room was good enough. Going to stay again for sure. It is an easy walk right out the Osan Air Base entry point. Perfect location for entertainment and shopping.

Fantastic host. Went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Umbrellas in the lobby, drinks in the mini fridge, rooms close together. This was definitely a great deal for the value. Super close to nightlife, but without too much noise. Very accommodating hotel manager. This is a small family business hotel and you can tell they take pride in it.

Great location. 90 seconds from the Osan Ab Front gate. Next to all the shopping and food. The owner was great and super helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.
