Very friendly staff who were very helpful when assistance was needed. Front desk staff were very helpful. Convenient location. The breakfast was very good and the lady in charge of foodservice did an excellent job making sure food was hot or cold as appropriate as well as keeping items stocked on the buffet. The room was net and tidy except bathroom floor which could use a steam mopping. Overall I would give the property a good review rating.

Need additional attention to detail in cleaning floors in bathrooms and especially in the elevator. Management needs to find a solution to the wet floor around ice machines before someone has an accident. A wet towel on the floor is not a solution. Additional lighting at night around property exterior would make guests more comfortable. Suggest a safety engineer visit property to assess problem areas and propose solutions.

Staff was super friendly and attentive, especially Josh. Breakfast was really good, a good variety. Beds were comfy and bathroom was nice and roomy/ ADA compliant. Shower bench was provided.

The pool chair lift was not functional therefore, the pool was not ADA compliant and we could not utilize the pool. We were told that they were waiting on a part to come in. This seems to be the standard answer.

Location was near the benue we wete sttending but the location itself was not to be desired. Its located literally out in the middle of a parking lot

The price was a little much for the area this hotel was located. No entertainment nearby only fast food, restaurants and convience stores. $184 was too much for a standard room

I am a travel nurse and was seeking to check in very early to get out of the coming winter storm after a very tiring night shift. They went over and beyond to accommodate my request. They were very pleasant and engaging. Check in and out was extremely easy. Thank you ladies for an awesome job!

The look, cleanliness, staff was very friendly and helpful. We interacted with front desk day and night shift, maid staff on first and second floors as well as breakfast staff. All were nice and helpful. We even had someone in our party make things a little confusing with our rooms but the front desk night staff was fantastic. (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name)

The ambiance was very homey and welcoming. Thank goodness for a HOT breakfast unlike many place with just muffins or fruit. The food was actually tasty and fresh. The rooms were spacious and clean. Glad we chose it for our stay!

Convenient

We didn’t like the fact that we paid for a king bed but a staff member downgraded us to 2 queen beds without asking us. There was a wedding celebration that weekend and i guess one of those guest wanted a king bed and your staff that it was ok to take ours. Not good customer service!

I had a FABULOUS stay at the Hampton Inn. First of all I quickly got my room. No questions asked except for my ID; hassle free check-in. The room was spotless!!! I mean spotless. I will stay here again.

I really wanted to take the Hampton Inn Thoughts pad with me. Wish I could have done that. I almost called to the front desk to ask if that would be okay.

I liked that it was clean and had comfortable beds

The price was a little steep. A regular 2 room with two queen beds, in the area it was in, should not have cost $207 per night.
