The property was clean and the front desk staff was great.

The housekeeper came to my room at 10 am and asked that my wife and I let her clean the room because she wanted to go in order. I told her we were getting our items together so we could leave and could she come back at check out time and she said no that she goes in order. We reported her to the front desk and they apologized for her rudeness.

Hotel is beautifully renovated in the lobby, with good amenities and large rooms. Our room was very clean, which is always a plus. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating (I needed linens for the pull out bed in our room and it was very late when we arrived, but they had fresh linens ready still warm from the dryer). Check in and check out we’re simple, fast, and convenient. The hotel grounds are wonderfully maintained and we appreciated having access to a breakfast bar that was consistently refilled and hot!

While our room was very large, clean, and comfortable, it did have a strong odor, especially in the “sitting” area. At some point, it had either flooded or they had serious issues with water, as the floors and ceiling still have noticeable damage even though it looks like a repair was attempted. The AC was very loud but did keep the room noticeably cool. The lobby was extremely humid as well, so it may just be a seasonal issue since it’s summer in the south!

I personally did not get to enjoy the breakfast i had to leave for some errands but my freind had it and said that it was great. everything was flavorful and warm the staff was exceptional and professional they made sure everyone was full and happy

The parking could have been better the entire parking lot was packed out and i jad to walk from across the street it was a long walk but if i had luggage it would have felt much longer I dont have anything else to complain about the hotel it was over all just a great experience

The desk clerk didn't get an attitude when I came back down to explain that my linen wasn't clean. He offered me another room instead of giving me some more linen to put on the beds

The air down in the lobby wasn't working and my linen on the bed wasn't clean

Was not aware pool was under renovation. Didn't see anything when booked. Traveled with ball team. Girls little disappointed couldn't swim room only had shades could not pull curtains. Lights from other businesses shone in

The breakfast is great they are neat and clean this hotel is the cleanest hotel in Macon ga if you’re coming through Macon and need to stop for rest this is the hotel to choose

So are as me and my family have stayed here there is nothing I have seen that I don’t like it has and in door pool and a bar if u want drinks u can drink and go right to your room

The room we were given was very nice but there was no remote for the tv. we asked the desk about it and we were given a replacement only to find out the tv didn’t work. We are old-ish so we aren’t interested in swim pools or exercise rooms but we are world class at tv viewing. Abby at the front desk changed out our room in record time. We didn’t miss a single show.

The cleanliness, the breakfast full course, the friendly staff and the location by all of the restaurant so close in walking distant, the price were good, and the room nice and clean.

the parking lot need a little more light

The bathroom wasn't clean good it was hair in a few places like the floor and shower and sink but other then that everything was great 👌
