Nice hotel..friendly and helpful staff

There was only one day during our week stay that we could get all the family down to the pool..after about an hour in..Pool cleaning ladies came out and told us to "get out of the pool and not return for hours" so they could clean.This was very rude and in the middle of the day during pool hours..We did not get to enjoy the pool anymore during our stay.This was a big let down. Pool cleaners were not hotel staff and should clean before or after pool hours..Their way of treating guests reflects poorly on the hotel.

Nice premises and a very nice and clean hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, The breakfast smelled great. I didnt have time to sample it but that's my fault. Overall I enjoyed myself and it was great for the proce.

The ice machines were not working so we were forced to go downstairs to get ice. Additionally you all may want to consider getting the small plastic disposable bags that some hotels have that they put inside of the ice bucket. As it stands you are forced to either clean the bucket out or run the risk that the previous resident didn't use the bucket as a spitoon or chamberpot.

The location was great. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Pretty good breakfast.

we stayed on the first floor because we had a service dog. They have multiple exits on all the hallways that you must use your key to enter the building with however doesn’t matter if you have a key or not there’s an alarm that goes off. That’s extremely loud and it went on all day and all night why they have an alarm go off every time you enter the building if you have a key is beyond me

The breakfast was bland, sausage was well over cooked! The hotel overall was good.

I had to keep coming down to the front desk to get my key card fix. Each time I left my room I couldn't get back in. There were people fighting and arguing and at one point someone was pushed into my door! This went on for a couple of hours and my phone didn't work in my room and didn't want to go out of my room to the desk to let them know.Also my TV didn't work for a day in a half. I had to flag down the maintenance guy in the hallway to get it fix.

The rooms were very nice and clean with everything we needed and more. Staff was very nice and attentive. So happy there was an elevator.

The pool wasn't very clean. Breakfast was just okay but it was free so not a lot to complain about. We came to celebrate both of my daughters birthdays and they had an amazing time and that's all that matters. The beds were not comfortable but everything else in our room was great.

Breakfast, much appreciated. Thank for having waffles, and herbal teas. I also appreciate the original oatmeal and turkey sausages. Thank you for the fruit. Room clean and spacious. I needed and appreciate having a walk-in shower with a bench seat and hand held shower head.

A slight odor in the bedroom. Like a pet may have been in it. A slight odor in the bathroom. Too often, the key would not open the door on the first try.

Location to every place you could possibly eat at !

The only need for improvement was the television lineup. Fox News was not available and it is the number one news source in America. Everything else was fantastic, including the hot breakfast with real scrambled eggs. We travel with our two dogs and found it very convenient for them. We will be back next t month.

The front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was awesome for everything from fast food to dine in restaurants to grocery stores.

As we were checking in I noticed that they had a miniature “store” and my fiancé grabbed us both a drink. The front desk clerk offered to “put it on the room” and my card would just be billed Once at checkout. Then proceeded to bill me $14 for a bottle coke. Bottle water. Snickers bar. And one of those tiny 10 cent combs my grandfather used to carry. And did so at like 3am. So my card was billed twice. I can’t fault anyone but myself for not asking the price of the items. But overall the stay was enjoyable

Coffee always available. Area very tidy. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Really, I was pleased with every aspect. The location was perfectly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the staff very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

Very nice room. Was clean, every worked as it should. Room was well appointed. Facility is attractive and convenient to nearby restaurants. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Many ice machines throughout the property but the only one that was working was in the lobby. Elevator condition and appearance does not match the rest of the property, looks uncared for.
