The person at guest services was able to remedy our situation and upgraded our second room at no extra cost to accommodate our needs.

Your description of the 2-bedroom on this booking site literally says, "The unit has 4 beds." We counted on that when booking. When we arrived, there were only 2 beds and 1 pullout sofa. The description says there are 2 pullout sofas. We selected this hotel based on that even though there were options closer to the event we were attending. We were told that the hotel doesn't even offer a room with 4 beds and that the description advertised was inaccurate.

The cleanness and I enjoyed the view and light sound of the interstate. Very cozy. I enjoyed the pool and the property. My family and I enjoyed walking around the property and sitting outside. I've been going to the Hotel for over 20 years and I still love it the same. Thanks Residence 😊

The beds could have been a lil more comfortable or maybe I'm just use to my comfy bed at home lol. Maybe use a memory foam mattress for the sofa bed.

Great location, excellent breakfast, comfortable clean room. The staff was very nice, especially the attendant at breakfast.

Our ice maker was not working, and no one came to check after they promised they would. Our toilet was very low, lower than standard, and made it difficult for my mobility challenged sister to get up and down.

The staff was nice, rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and the manager Mr. Patrick was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. He make you feel right at home

All the staff was incredibly nice, happy, and accommodating. The suite kitchenette was wonderful with a few necessities provided, and the separate room/living room was perfect!

Breakfast was a little meh, but not bad enough to not stay here again.

They property is dog friendly so I appreciated that. I asked for a first floor room near an exit and I was assigned a perfect location. The room was super clean an very well appointed. It was like having my own little apartment!

Breakfast was good. There was a good variety (cereal, oatmeal, grits, sausage, eggs, etc.)

The beds were quite firm...a little beyond firm but we managed! The inside pool area was very hot...had to stay in the pool to breathe well.
