The property manager was extremely nice and professional. The room I selected by error was only one queen, I needed two beds being that my son was with us. They moved us immediately to a double bed room free of charge. They greeted us every time we passed in the hall as well. Will definitely be staying here again in the future

It was a little loud at night above our room. But this was to be expected. We were there during the state wrestling tournament. And boys will be boys

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the mall, eating places, etc.

The room didn’t have kitchen utensils so we couldn’t cook. My tv was broken and the service guy struggled to fix. We were only allowed two sets of towels even though I told them my daughter was in the room. The GREAT front desk staff gave me an extra set.

Overall, I really loved the privacy. Also being on one of the top floors. Really made me happy.

The Main problem with the hotel is the fact that y’all have roaches. I don’t know if it’s the room that has roaches or the entire building but it’s disgusting. Everything else is top tier !

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It had everything. The staff was great. This would be a great place to stay for an extended stay.

I would have liked to have more space at the bathroom sink, and a softer bed (I am handicapped and need a super comfy mattress).

Staff was warm and welcoming. Always smiling and willing to do whatever needed to ensure my needs. Felt very safe because of the guest key entry to the building staff was amazing

We didn't stay long enough for breakfast. But very good location next to store and restaurant. Nice clean room. Spacious.

The bed could have been more of Queen instead of a like small double. But it was surprising comfortable.

Convenient location near restaurants. Ample parking lot to accommodate full size pickup truck with trailer. Room was very clean .

There was nothing I didn't like.

The first floor smelled like a ton of weed but thankfully the second floor (my floor) smelled clean and fresh.

The copious amounts of weed smell.
