LOVE the location, I wasn't around for the breakfast but I expect it was good.

I purchased the room for our friends. They had nothing but compliments for the hotel. However, I checked in before their arrival at the hotel and noticed that there was a distinct food (fish) smell permeating the lobby which wasn't great to arrive to. I actually checked in and checked out their room and left some snacks on their table. The room was nice and clean, but the shower was a little aging and looked kind of dirty from wear maybe, not from lack of cleaning. This is where my husband and I have stayed from time to time and I hope it can keep up the good reputation as it is a great location to house our friends and family when visiting. I told the desk clerk about the uninviting smell but they seemed not to know how to respond to me about that.

Location was very good, quiet, close to restaurants. The spacious room was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing we didn’t like was the hot items on the breakfast bar were cold at 6:15 a.m. ??? The home fries looked delicious with peppers and onions but they too were cold and overcooked so I had mashed home fries. Apparently the food was out earlier than advertised for it o be cold at 6:15.

Location was nice. Nice lobby/presentation.

Room appliances felt a little dated. Someone from maintained opened the door a couple seconds after knocking on the/ said they heard we had AC issues. Seemed nice enough but I didn’t like someone coming in so quickly .

We stayed here for one night to split up the drive to Disney from Cincinnati. We have 3 children and I’m so glad we choose this hotel! It was so clean, the room was spacious and comfortable! The beds were comfortable! My kids loved the pool and it was great for them to get some energy out after being in the car all day! Breakfast was a bonus too! we will stay here next time we go to Disney too!

The room arrangement was nice and very Spacious ! Very clean ! The King size bed was really comfortable ! Their complimentary breakfast was the “Best” I have ever had…..and we travel frequently !!! Thanks to the fantastic cooks and kitchen staff of dedicated and hardworking women !!!

This property would be perfect if it was remodeled and updated !! The bathroom vanity was fairly low and older as well as was the shower area !

Location was very convenient for travelers. Was right off the interstate yet very quiet and peaceful. Pool was just what my grandsons needed after traveling all day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location, pet friendly, and large rooms! Enough for us with our baby and dog. Breakfast was really good with different options. The bed is comfortable and bathroom was just the right size!

The baby crib they had to offer was a pack-and-play, so we didn't use it. Breakfast can get very busy, not a lot of tables.

The room was very nice. So was the staff. The bed was very comfortable. I relaxed in bed most of my stay.

There was animal hair on the sofa, and I am allergic. Instead of complaining, I watched television in bed.

The staff was excellent, friendly, but most of all very personable. We enjoyed your staff, front desk (especially Keynata), maintenance (Theo). The breakfast was great (Fire). Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We were put in a handicap room and none of us were handicap. Therefore, the bathroom was a challenge.

Extremely quiet and the staff are wonderful. Great location right off the freeway but still quiet. The breakfast that is included is excellent with a good variety.
