The bed sheets are very white and the room is clean. The location is close to the highway, gas station and large supermarket, and there are restaurants and fast food restaurants nearby. The coffee for breakfast is delicious.

It was affordable & near lots of restaurants & shopping centers; along with tucked away from the road and noise.

Breakfast could of been better, more variety and seating. Rooms needed a lil more cleaning up, not to mention they gave me handicap room.

Friendly staff, nice lobby with a cozy breakfast area, clean room with nothing broken. The king suite was a real bargain. It has a separate lounge area with a sofa and ottoman, a high-top bar and stools for eating. There's a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. The work station is long with two rolling desk chairs and two USB and 110 outlets, so two people could work at the same time if needed. There's a laundry room nearby on the same floor, and a fitness room off the lobby. The hall was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed after a long day of driving. The motel is close to I-75, but in a nice area with upscale neighborhoods and a Publix just down the street. The parking lot is well-lit and I felt safe (as a female traveling solo). The other occupants when I was there were very polite...pleasant greetings and no loud partying. The free breakfast was very nice: waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. This is a drive I make regularly and I'm glad to have found this Microtel. I will definitely stay here again. (All Microtels are not equal, but this one was great.)

The only thing I didn't care for was that somebody on my floor decided to smoke some weed fairly early in the morning. I have found this to be very common wherever I stay. The staff really can't do much about it. They weren't bothering anybody, I just don't like the odor. It wasn't a major problem.

The king suites are very large and clean. Smelled nice. There is a nice separation between the sleeping and sitting area. The bed is very comfortable and the sitting room is cozy with separate dining, fridge, microwave, sink area. Everything was sparkling clean. The breakfast was good and the manager in the morning at checkout was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the highway but very quiet. Safe well lit parking, I believe also EV charging. There are nice dining options nearby. I wanted two king suites that are nearby and despite booking quite late, the staff made it happen.

I use this brand when I travel and love the rooms

When I checked in a 3:30 pm the lady at counter was sitting down with her head on the desk sleep. I had to say hello excuse me to wake her up. she was not friendly and very monotone voice and attitude. We came for new years at the Centre plex. We came back down to park car she had moved to the office and went back to sleep but you could still see her. Safety of hotel guest didn't seem to be a concern of hers. The lobby had a smell so I didn't come down for breakfast.

This is a modest facility, but it is very clean. The staff at this facility is exceptional. They are always ready to assist in any way possible. I would stay at this place again simply because the staff is so great.

The refrigerator has no freezer compartment. I had a cooler which requires freezer packs, which I had. Fortunately the staff allowed me to put the freezer packs in the freezer compartment of their refrigerator the previous night, which solved my problem.

One thing we did like was the room. That's just what we needed. A comfortable bed, a very well-lit place you felt safe. Everything was clean, very nice day. Highly recommended for couples or family.

One thing that we did not like we booked this place online. We asked for a quiet room. This was our second stay at this property. They always want to put us right across from the gym. Even though it was not unused, it was still by the breakfast area where people got up early to eat. So we told them that we wanted to quiet room. They always said that they were full. And there was no other place but at the end. We said told them that we needed another room. We would go somewhere else and each time. They put us in the same room on the 3rd floor I don't know, if it's because we booked online and they wanted to give us a cheaper room other than that, we have no complaints you'll have to tell which room you want when you book. Because all the rooms are the same size for single bedrooms.
