The location is perfect. It’s very quiet nestled in the back of a couple of hotels and businesses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found the room to be good and my bed was very comfortable. Lots of good fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. I recommend this hotel and I plan on staying there again.

Breakfast was OK. It was better than the last time I stayed there, but I would still rate it OK. My room floors seem to be sticky. This is the problem I had last time I stayed there. A little bit more time on the cleaning would make this property a 10.

Y'all put a couple (US) BELOW A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN.Those kids stomped incescently for 4 .5 hrs before and after dinner till after midnight.Shame on you for your lack of consideration when booking this. We did learn a lesson for our next stay.We cant depened on the folks we are PAYING to do they're job !! Its up to us to request a certain room were we might be able to get what we pay for ie RELAXATION AND SLEEP.Why else would you go to a motel,hotel??? We got neither Thanks to your booking practices our stay was miserable.

Excellent location, very quiet and safe area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean but could be a little better. Breakfast was good. The attendant made sure area was always clean and well kept. I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again in the near future.

The only real complaint would be that all the tiled areas, including the elevator and the foyer in the room was very sticky as though it was mopped with a dirty mop head or wasn’t mopped at all. May need to mop more often but again I would still recommend staying.

I love the location. It's close to the highway for easy access to jump on the highway. But, it's secluded where to the point where there are not a lot of car / foot traffic. I like the fact, there was an adequate amount of luggage carts in the front lobby to assist with checking in/out.

Room service. My room wasn't serviced at all. I was able to receive an additional face towel and coffee by asking the room service professional in the hallway in passing.

loved the location of the hotel and how close everything was. the room was very much clean and updated. it was close to the interstate but no interstate traffic sound which was a plus so we slept amazing!!

our room A/C really didn't work, it would get cold for a little while but then after a couple of hours, the room would get very humid and the A/C would blow warm air. and then when we went downstairs for breakfast the pancake machine was broken so no pancakes that one morning and the following morning.

Exceptional cleanliness, excellent location, amazing hot breakfast with many options & an outstanding staff make this a “top rated” property that we’ll revisit again!

Only suggestion would be to add non-slip decals to the fiberglass bathtub to prevent slipping in the shower.

The room decor was quite basic, but well appointed. Our room was HUGE! The bed and linens were very comfortable and the room temp was great (some hotels adjust the temp while you're sleeping). I loved having all the Dove bath and body products, especially in the dispensers. The front desk lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was nice, but the pancake station was out of order, which disappointed my husband. I would recommend this hotel.

The pancake station was out of order. The eggs and sausage at the breakfast bar were cold. The floors appeared clean, but were sticky in the room and common areas.

I enjoyed that the property was in a quiet area. Not a lot of heavy traffic to keep you up at night

I wasn’t entirely pleased with the cleaning of my room. It was kind of obvious that some things don’t get touched but I always come prepared for moments like that. Bathroom pics on booking.com do not match what you really get.

I am not sure what happened, but after we checked in and went to our room one of the employees came into the room unannounced. They apologized but never explained why they came into the room unannounced.

The bed was not comfortable and the floor in the foyer and bathroom was very slippery with our shoes on.

The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The bed linens and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel and surrounding area was very clean and professional looking.

We were placed in a handicap room, which is normally fine for us; except in this hotel, there was NO counter space in the bathroom. We thought that was unusual. Elevators were a little slow but they said they were working on them at the time.
