Staff was great! Girl on the morning of the 30th remembered us from when we had stayed a few days before. The night auditor Mike was super friendly and professional both times we checked in and had questions about the area, he had answers right away and was very friendly! Great staff.

We stayed twice, once Wednesday night and again Sunday night. Both rooms were nice and fairly clean, room 1 didn't have a bug protector on the mattress though, staff should be checking for that because it saves you throwing out a mattress if you get creepy crawlies. Both rooms bathrooms were very much in need of attention. Hair on the walls of the shower before using them, silicone black and falling off, loose toilet seats, door not shutting all the way, just generally not maintained. Maintenance should be able to fix these things during deep clean/inspections, nothing was big enough to call down to the desk or ask for another room, but it'd make the property feel a lot better if those small things were remedied.

Clean, quiet, close to restaurants and key locations

There was one person at front desk who made the stay extremely difficult. She was unpleasant and had ZERO desire to help. When my guest couldn’t get any help from her and asked to speak to a manager, the lady lied and said the manager wasn’t there. Trust I’m not needy and I’ve never had to call booking.com for help before today and I’ve enjoyed booking.com services for about a decade. They completely handled the situation. Everything but the one lady was amazing.

Clean and comfortable and convenient to the highway

When we checked in we were told breakfast was included with our room, yet in the morning when we went for breakfast our room number was not on the list and No one tried to trouble shoot it for us. Hence we went out for breakfast. Really not happy with customer service aspect. When I asked at reception they also did nothing, not even apologize. Also no soap in the bathroom for hand washing

Hotel was clean throughout, the staff was kind and cordial, parking was reasonable. The receptionist was very helpful and able to answer all of the questions I had about the facility and the area.

I had issues getting connected to the wifi. The bathtub had a drip that I could hear from the main room. One of the brackets for the handrail in the bathroom was not attached and had exposed rust.

The room was spacious and clean. All amenities were available like a microwave and small fridge. Location close to the high way.

The price for the food is pretty overrated. You pay a lot of money for small portions. Besides that you get plastic cutlery only. Not very comfortabel for dinner. They advertise that the hotel has a restaurant, in real life its only a couple of seats in the lobby bar. No breakfast buffet, but a la carte only. When you include breakfast in your room rate, bare in mind you are only allowed 1 item from the bar breakfast menu including a coffe OR juice. Very small portions again. We were pretty disapointed about this. Not what you may expect from a Courtyard by Marriott.

The bonfire with the pool view was the best ever loved it especially at night. Hotel was very neat will be staying here again for my next work trip for sure.

The fact that you have to pay for breakfast at a hotel after paying 140$ the night. Wife was very upset about that but overall hotel was nice.

Barbara at the reception desk is amazing!! She greeted us, welcomed us, recommended nearby restaurants and was so professional and friendly. Pool was amazing first thing in the morning before my long drive. Breakfast is one of the best deals u have ever had at a hotel!!! Do not miss it.

The staff made my stay wonderful. I’m here on a hospital visit for my mom and every day the staff was genuine and caring and so attentive. the caliber of these ladies are 5 star! I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. good amenities, decent coffee in room, Starbucks at lobby, great food options, housekeeping very attentive to the little things and kind, the in room bathroom was so clean, full restaurant/deli options, good drinks, great location to a lot of dining options. property was pleasantly clean. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

The dim entrance areas on the side of the building but I also don’t see well at night.

the halls are icy. Freeze walking down the hall to get to room. room was warm tho. Had to hunt ice location. drinks only on first floor and one soft bottled drink was $3.85. No info on food hours. There was a grill on first floor. Food looked good but we went out to eat breakfast. there’s an I-hop near and a Cracker Barrel that’s a better breakfast and better cost

The breakfast was excellent. The Chef took Pride in her work. Every thing was perfection. The barista that made our coffees was great and drinks were perfect

Everything was what was expected or above. Staff great. Hotel Room was clean. The cable TV reception could be better some sound didn’t work in some channels
