if you are going to an even at the the colosseum, this is a great place to stay!!!! the bar and restaurant had great , fast service.

there were no cups in the room…no soap for the sink and no handle on the shower door. we were hanging out in the patio area late at night, there was an employee also outside…and the night manager told us we had to come in because we could get mugged being out there that late!!

My husband and I always stay at this Marriott we love it there the place is clean and the rooms are very comfortable

The only this i didn’t like this time the cleaners did not do a good job they didn’t clean the room properly the bathroom was out of body wash and soap the food we order was not good so it was just a bit off this time however I’m going back there this weekend so let’s see and also it under renovations for breakfast so it’s not what we use too

We have been fortunate to have traveled to all continents excepting Antarctica; having trouble with our reservation through Booking.com the lead management person (Rachelle) at the front desk got us squared away. We are forever grateful. We have used Booking.com for years. I’m done with them forever. I was cut off FOUR times when using their customer service number. I’m sick and tired of not understanding their South Korean personnel. Going forward I’m going to book directly through the property—I did so today.

The check in staff were accommodating in changing our room because of the walk in shower I had requested and the first room did not have. The check out staff were able to look up our Bonvoy membership. That was going beyond expections.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff was able to share where to go for great local fare.

Location wasn't quite as central to the event I was attending as I'd hoped. Plus, that interstate exchange construction. Sheesh. Wasn't clearly marked and GPS hadn't caught up. Very easy to take a wrong turn.

Breakfast open in morning 6-9. After that no place to eat until 5 pm… had to pay $5.00 for small bottle of water arriving about noon!!!!

No the prices in lobby from 10-5 m. Most hotl hotels would have water in some public containers upon arrival

The hotel is good, very big. The location is close to many things, but if you are by car.

The staff was a bit distant and very few indications. They first told us that we have breakfast and afterwards that we did not have it (we didn’t booked it, this was why we asked again)

very clean and confortable beds and pillows and the amenity in bathroom good.

i think the breakfast is expensive taking un consideration that don serve omelette and not gluten free bread to offer. the services of dinner at the bar poor, the lady very nice but she was alone with full bar, we had to wait a lot to eat, wasn’t her fault was just not enough personal to serve. congratulations for the personal that you have that are very nice and provide a good services but you need to get more people to serve otherwise the people will get tired and leave. thank you the hotel is really nice !

clean, very convenient location being right off the interstate and basically connected to the coliseum where the concert was that we were attending. easy check in, staff was great. our tv in our room wouldn’t work but front desk gave us free breakfast passes for next morning bc they couldn’t do anything about the tv situation and we were happy with that. will be back.

no complaint except tv not working but they tried to make it right and it was fine

How elegant it looked and how nice the staff was. The beds were so comfortable. I would recommend anyone that needs a nice hotel in Macon area this is the place.

Having to pay for parking along with the Hallways need to be cleaned a little better other than that it was great.
