I was visiting Atlanta and Savannah, so i needed a hotel somewhere in between the two. I didn't have much time to explore the area around the hotel, but the room was HUGE. The spa tub was so relaxing! I made the water as hot as I could stand, put my bath bomb in, turned on the jets, and almost fell asleep in there. Lol. Perfect to soak in after the long days of walking activities I had planned. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Check-in and check out were virtually painless. My room required a deposit, and because I had a 14 hour drive home, I needed to check out extremely early and I was worried about being able to get my deposit back at 4 am, but there is 24- hour desk service so I had no problem. Breakfast was basic continental, along with waffle makers and biscuits with cream chipped beef. I didn't try the biscuits and gravy, but I did use the waffle maker, and they were crispy and delicious. I did not see or use the swimming pool, so I can't comment on that, but I know they have one. I would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint was the toilet and counter in the bathroom were very low. It almost felt the bathroom was designed for children or little people.

the fact that they had Jacuzzi rooms available was a Plus. it was very clean and they had breakfast avail from 6am until 9. I didn't make it to breakfasts because I slept in every day so I can't say how it was.

what I didn't like was that there were people just lingering around didn't seem to be staying at the hotel. it was also a temporary fenced in area on the side of the hotel which looks like there might have been some construction going or something. it was hard to tell nothing was ever being done while I was there. also they were some finishes in the room that weren't finished or might have been repaired recently but for instance around the jacuzzi on the floor looked like there was a strip cut away and I just didn't like seeing a gap in the floor between the jacuzzi and delamin the floors that were laid down.

Bkfst was good for what I ate. I had waffles , juice and eggs. My room was stuffy at first but turned air down that helped. Good and safe area. Restaurants are on same street about mile and half down the same main road so it’s okay. I loved that it was close to Mercer University where my son is student and I can stay budget friendly too. I will definitely return. This morning when I left I explored a little and found a few things near by. Definitely love the safety and location.

The room fresher was a little strong. It did improve has the room temp cooled.

Booked last minute just to get some rest driving from key West, Florida headed to st. Louis. Got a very fair rate, room was clean and roomier than we needed so was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was good, example ( eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal if ya want,and a nice assortment of juices. There was also a waffle maker if you wanted fresh waffles) over all good stop to freshen up. If time allowed and weather better there was a pool

The young lady who checked us in that day.... was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she very personable...she inspected our room before turning over the keys! That was an excellent experience! Rooms were just fine, great breakfast ... but that young lady made our stay a pure delight!

I didn't notice a $100 deposit for our pet ... (refundable) ... mentioned in any print of the hotel website! I didn't mind... but I'm not sure everyone has an extra $100 to be put on hold for 3-5 days?

The check-in staff (Amari’s Dendon) provided the most amazing customer experience I have ever had. She was personable, compassionate and bright cheerfulness to the end of a long drive. When our dog wouldn’t go in the elevator and had to go up the stairs to the 4th floor, she changed our room to a first floor accommodation, because of her amazing customer service, we would book a room again. Red Roof in is amazing. Amari’s deserves a raise because of her, Red Roof Inn ROCKS.💞

Area for dogs outside was small and hilly.

I booked here due to a family medical emergency. My brother was at the trauma hospital and it had been an exhausting night and day. The staff was beyond considerate and helpful. I think the manager was named Anna. She was a sweetheart even sitting down with me for a moment in the lobby to see how I was doing. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will go back and stay again when I visit the area for pleasure this time. The location is very convenient to the interstate, gas stations and restaurants.

This is not a deal breaker for me but the only thing I didn't like was breakfast. I don't know how it happened but the waffles had absolutely no flavor almost had a chemical taste. I can't explain it. It might have been the nonstick spray for the waffle iron. I know a lot of places use powdered eggs but the eggs definitely tasted like powdered eggs and I wish there was a protein like sausage or bacon. I was rushed for time otherwise I would have enjoyed the cold options like cereal. But definitely will stay again when I visit the area.

My son and I arrived early and they worked hard to get us checked in. The staff was nice and the room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Online the pool stated that it was open but we were told it was not once we arrived. After 3 days without power due to a hurricane a little swim would have been nice.

The room was a bit dirty under the bed and in the corners. The staff was great tho, and very busy because of the number of people evacuating from FL. The other patrons and their dogs were the rude people!

It had a couch with a coffee table, and a great breakfast. It allows your dog to stay for free. The staff was very nice and accommodating!

The place for your dog to go potty was on a steep hill, but other than that very good!
