It's a very nice, clean and tidy, well situated hotel . The staff were lovely as they always are in the Philippines. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was small but it served us well. Hot water in the shower is always a winner with me. I love cold showeres now and then but not everyday. There are many TV channels which was great.

The pillows were so old fashioned and too thin. The rooms don't have a kettle or beverage making facilities, there's a community kitchen on level two where you had to go for a cuppa. There is no complimentary bottled water in the rooms either but rather a 15 litre water dispenser in the kitchen also. There is no elevator, just a flight of stairs to ckimb, so if you're an older person you might request lower floor.

Clean linens and towels smelled so good, great water pressure and hot water shower, super comfortable beds although no blanket, sheet only. And the staff were polite and helpful.

No ice available, no vending machines available, no available food delivery from Grab to that area, bathroom could have been cleaner . The tile in the shower had a bit of mold in the grout , and I killed two small German roaches in the bathroom as soon as we arrived.

Property is very closed to everything, bed was great , hot showers are super nice. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Extra pillows was charged , only one pillow per guest is not acceptable.

Excellent for family and solo travellers, Location and cleaning is good and staffs behavior is excellent

The location is around the city and the staffs are all accommodating Overall, it was good.

Hopefully there will be an upgrade regarding their wifi because the internet is too slow if you have a work.

There are many TV channels. The water pressure in the bathroom is very good and there is even hot water.

You can hear every noise from outside the room.

When we requested for a blanket, they charged us for it.

We love the delicous food served at the 2nd floor restaurant.

We were calling the restaurant to order food to be brought to our room. But their phone kept on ringing and nobody answered the phone. When we went down to the resto, according to the staff, their phone is not ringing. Hope they can fix their phone in the restaurant so they can be reached.

Staff on the reception are very accommodating and easy to approach.

I just thought that change of time in checking out is free but unfortunately, i need to pay additionally 351 pesos per. Hour... and im just shocked about that.
