Amazing owner/manager. We never met in person but they were always answering WhatsApp in one second. (Thank you for everything!) The room was very clean and nice. Cleaning and new towels possible every day. Some cosmetics in the bathroom. A bit small room but for few nights it was ok. Great WiFi and perfect location.

There was few little issues but with such a good people it is easy to forgive little things like that ;))

Our room was clean and all facilities were great. Our host was so helpful and friendly too.

I loved how communicative they were. Some places are not so communicative and just cut-and-paste instructions. They are not like that. They try to make sure you are satisfied and answer your questions. The rooms are very nicely designed, clean, and there is space to use your laptop, the shower is quite nice and the bathroom. The exterior, the building isn't great looking, but the location is very good, and the rooms themselves are super.

The building, stairwell could be a little cleaner, but that's not their responsibility. The rooms are very clean, the service is great, and that's what counts.

Communication was fantastic. we were met at the door and shown our room. The entrance as others have said is let’s say different but once through the door everything is perfect. Instant answers to questions and needs. comfy clean bed, excellent air con. Great shower. couldn’t fault it.

It’s just the approach but having said that some people have commented that the area is dodgy. I wouldn’t agree with that. Everyone we met were friendly and we didn’t feel at all threatened. It’s just a very local area.

Firstly the host was so attentive. Each day, making sure, via whats app, that everything was OK and even suggesting things to do around the area. The room was modern and very clean . Touch lighting, electric blind and a fully lit bathroom mirror. Even a mobile phone battery pack was supplied for use during our stay. The air conditioning was very good and it had the best WiFi we have had on our travels The room was a little smaller than we had been used to but we easily managed our way around that. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants around the area. I would recommend this accommodation.

It is on the second floor of the building and the initial bag carrying was quite hard but they did offer assustance if required, so this is only a minor point

The location was great, the design of the rooms, I really liked. The interior, the rooms are key, not the building. And service was excellent. They encourage you to leave your suitcase if you come early and if they can have the room ready earlier for you, they will. They provide great service. There is a nice bathroom, good wifi, a place to use your laptop. I stayed there twice.

This place is a very clean modern room (recently everything appears upgraded!). A little small for a longer stay but the staff are super accommodating and extremely helpful!! Near several outdoor markets and night markets in the heart of KK.
