Clean, comfortable and good location for everything really. Everything was fine apart from the things mentioned below. Good AC and shower. Staff not around an awful lot but those that were were friendly.

Photos are misleading. Accommodation is very basic and dated. Toilet base leaked, which they clearly knew about but said nothing. Very noisy from rooms above, which we believe was either owner or staff. Banging, shouting, moving furniture and having phones and/or tv blasting with the door open. To be fair, we sent a WhatsApp to the hotel and the noise immediately stopped, with an apology as well. Additinally, and there is nothing the hotel can do about this, there was a lot of construction going next, so hammering and drilling from about 8:30 onwards. We could've been warned though.

The receptionist was accommodating and kept in touch with us by WhatsApp. The room was clean, of a decent size, and afforded an interesting view of the street. The location was handy for restaurants and shopping, and we felt secure there.

There were no English TV news channels. There was no elevator. There was no bidet, but there was a tap. The shower roses didn't flow properly and often the water was scalding hot= dangerous.

Decent hotel. First stayed in the Victorian room which sucked - the air conditioning didnt really work and the drain was plugged. Thankfully they let us change rooms to the Minimalist suite which was much nicer and more spacious. No spray hose on toilet sucked, bed was kinda hard but okay. Also hotel advertised 500mbps internet and at best we got 30 which cut out constantly. Still a decent stay, as said minimalist room was spacious and clean. A bit overpriced for what it was but fine for a few nights

Location and price point is great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked well. Staff were really friendly too and let us leave our luggage whilst we went on a trip to Brunei. We stayed three times in the end!

No elevator so be prepped to carry your luggage up! In one of the room types the beds are mattresses on the floor, was a bit uncomfortable at times. We stayed in a different room type and the bed was perfect tho

Great location in KK, self laundry service next door and 7/11 across the street. Large spacious flat which felt very homey, with sofa and TV set up. Self check in and out service was explained very over WhatsApp making the process of checking in much easier. Staff often around if you need them for anything

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in an industrial room. Oh my goodness, it was incredibly spacious, clean, and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and even with three beds (two singles and one double bed), we still had plenty of room. It was very comfortable for all five of us, including two adults and three young children. The pillows were cozy, and the sofa was nice. All the other amenities like the TV, fridge, water heater, hairdryer, and more were in good working order. Despite the room's size, the air conditioning was very effective and kept the entire space comfortably cool.

There are a few downsides to note. Firstly, there is no elevator, and our room was on the second floor, so we had to climb the stairs. Additionally, there was no staff present during check-in; it was entirely self-check-in, which was easy and very quick, but there was no assistance with our luggage. I arrived with three small children while my husband was still at work, so this proved to be quite challenging. Everything else was fine, but it would be even better if an iron was provided in the room (instead of outside) and if a bidet was installed near the toilet. If it's not possible to provide irons in all rooms in the near future, perhaps having higher-quality irons available on each floor would be a good solution.

Loved our stay here, we even extend our trip here. I'm such a great location . We stayed in the minimalist room for the first few nights, this room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed one night in the Victorian room. It is also nice but not as spacious. If you're looking for better value for money I would choose the minimalist room.

Came to KK in the night so self check in after WhatsApp instructions was really helpful. When we wanted to extend our stay communication was good and fast. Room is not too big but clean and comfortable, has water boiler, microwave, hairdryer and there is iron in the hall. Location is very convenient.

Would be better to add couple of plates since there is microwave in the room.

The room deco is very elegant and versatile, the owner give full detail instructions on how to self check which very pleasurable, around city center, easy access to any restaurant, grocery and near to 24hrs mart like orange and 7 eleven, parking is easy just surrounding the area, except prepare and buy parking ticket when come here on weekday, Sunday is free parking

It was at a very good location and very central and the building was in pretty decent shape, as well. The bathroom was to my liking. There was a fridge. Bed was comfy enough.

I wish there was a place to work on my laptop.
