The room was fine and clean, the shower hot and the stuff was friendly. Across the main road is a seven eleven, few other shops, restaurants and further down you reach the waterfront only 5 to 10 min. walking distance. Also the gaya street is very close where you can find the night market from Friday to Sunday with mostly food. The bus terminal at KK Sentral is an option to catch de bus going to Brunei, it's only a 10 min. drive from the hotel.

The room was almost to small for two persons, it was ok, but it could be a bit bigger. The bathroom door was very annoying, it didn't stay open and was squikeng back all the time. The air deduction in the bathroom didn't work. Lobby was extremely cold because of the aircon.

Clean room. They provide Moma mineral water which is my favourite! The room got many sockets which are very useful. The bathroom was quiet spacious. Got slippers too.

Near to city attraction such as filipino market, night market, todak waterfront. All are within walking distance Room was clean, new equipment, staff accomodating my needs, smooth check in, a lot of plug and place to hang your cloth eventhough there is no wardrobe

Great central location, very clean modern air conditioned rooms, strong wifi, plenty of power sockets. complementary water plus tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely helpful staff. Nice compact bathrooms, clean sheets comfortable bed and pillows. Clean mid range towels and toiletries supplied.

Only downside was the the quality of windows as they don’t do much to help keep noise out from the main road. Only noticeable when loud bikes go by so earplugs helpful to help keep noise out.

The room is very new, very clean.The hotel staff is friendly, recommend place to visit and help when we have questions. Can walk to many places from the hotel, like gaya street. Really values for money and will stay again if have next visit to KK.

The hotel is well located. Walking distance to the popular eateries, shopping mall and Jesselton ferry point (10-15 mins). The room was pleasant and bed was comfortable. Good WiFi connection. Good hospitality and services from the receptionists. They were informative and helpful for my queries and requests. Special thanks to Decki. The room was always clean. Thanks to the two diligent housekeepers.

Would be good to provide shampoo too.

Great location, clean, we could leave or baggages there for 1 day, when we went to Mount Kinabalu. Worth the price.

Aircondition could only function in heavy mode, so we cannot sleep with it and without it was hot. Mattress was too soft. Bit loud.

Property is centrally located, near malls, restaurants, and laundromats. Walking to the pier for island ferries takes about 15-20 minutes. The room was clean, and ours faced the ally so quiet all the time, even though the main street in front is very busy. The staff was great and helpful, we left luggage to be picked up at a later date.

Clean, tidy, quality products, good maintenance and good location, everywhere within walking distance. Very reasonable price at that location.
