Comfortable room, good AC. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and I like the towels. They smelled nice and were soft. It was located not far from Gaya street where I went for food.

There was no kettle in my room however there was a machine with hot water downstairs that I used. The WiFi was a bit weak and disconnected however the owners offered me to use the WiFi downstairs. Sometimes there was music from the market nearby but they stopped by midnight.

The room was clean, big enough, the shower worked, water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. . WiFi was ok. AC worked. The location is great. The staff was kind. They have a water station. Definitely the best OYO we stayed at.

There is a small step inside the room. Not a problem, just.be careful. Also, probably the ugliest staircase railing this side of Papua. Probably.

They did a very good job decorating the place. For example we had a little wooden window with shutters that overlooked the street. It was cute like a Swiss chalet. It is of course near the center of town so there's lots of city nose all around, but then again, you're walking distance from everything. Also as far as parking goes, they have street parking and I was concerned about my motorcycle overnight, but they let me park on the sidewalk and everything was fine. It was a great experience and we would definitely go back!

Everything. The hotel has a unique wooden rustic interior, which is unlike any other. Everything worked as it should and great attention was paid to cleanliness. However, the service topped everything. The management were relaxed and friendly and helpful and catered to all my needs. I seldom if ever score a place as highly as I've done here. Look no further when you visit Kota Kinabalu!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful - which is why I went back after an initial visit. Both speak very good English. It is a budget hotel in a central location and perfectly adequate seen in that context.

Located in the city centre. Very convenient to do shopping or to find a restaurant. Situated within walking distance of Gaya Street. Quiet location too, even in the daytime. Friendly staff. Clean room and well managed.

Paid parking but this is the city centre, so I can't expect much. The lobby looks quite run down, unlike other hotels I have been in the past. The balcony upstairs is not securely locked. It is open for anyone to climb in.

The room is clean and Chinese original boss are very helpful.it’s perfect for a budget solo traveller.

The facility is out of date. Pls prepare your hygiene products such as shampoo and gel. No lift, it may cause trouble if you have big luggage.

Very central location in the old heart of KK. Close to lots of cheapfood places, laundromat etc as well as the city’s malls etc. Much much better quality place than others we saw in similar locations for the same inexpensive price. i have stayed here a couple of times before and will again. Very good value for the money.

Pillows a bit firm for my taste so I slept without. TV reception not good but we weren’t there to watch tv anyway.
