Good location, nearby and walking distance to Todak Seafood, Filipino market. The hotel is also surrounded by halal restaurants. Lift is also available. Ironing stations are available at each floors. Strong water pressure in the washroom.

The room has windows. There is a lift which is convenient if you have heavy luggage. I basically pick this hotel because it has a lift. Water boiler is available. An iron and iron board are available upon request. No hair dryer, so bring your own. The venue is very good because it is near to markets (according to google, 10 minutes walk to the nearest markets. FYI, it is really easy to go to the market from the hotel: you don't have to turn here turn there.) and there are restaurants around.

I had a wonderful stay at classic Kinabalu Hotel,The hotel's location is in the center of the city and it's very convenient to buy food or something you want to buy and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay...

I like the room. Spacious for solo traveller. Got lift! Bonus point. I also like evening shift staff. So friendly compare to morning shift staff. The location quite strategic.

The hotel nearby the main road. So the noise from the traffic are so irritating.

For me its not about i dont like i understand that area was a busy area,but maybe can reserved parking for hotel quest , because when we arrived we hard to find parking ,other than that all good 😊

-It was comfortable and good -The water heater works fine -The place was strategic -There was wardrobe and table for makeup

-The air conditioner wasn’t that cold -The bathroom was not that clean -The bed was not that comfortable -It was not easy to find parking,only got to park after 10 minutes of searching

The staffs are very friendly and as we arrived there earlier around 9am, they allowed us to check in early which is really amazing!!

No hairdryer & the view through the our window was really not nice

Location - Strategic just walked around 10 min you will arrived at Pasar Besar KK / Sign I Love KK / Todak Waterfront / Pasar Sinduran Space - its not too small but just nice if you to want pray Jemaah cant because just can fit 1 person to pray (just for your to imagine the room size ) but for me just nice because affordable with price cleanness - Yes its clean!

Difficult to get car parking, I was parking at night and tomorrow I received love letter from Majlis Perbandaran Sabah, How was my bad day :( Lucky only RM15. So better get the coupon parking before you park

Basic little hotel. Nothing special, but everything you need for couple day stay: 24h desk, clean room, helpful staff. And of course location!

All good for the money.

No breakfast included but easy and nearly food store. Location perfectly in center town and smooth to go shooping mall
