in the hotel, very good. outside hotel block very dirty

This is a very smart little hotel. Great room, clean and comfy. No TV but I don't need one! Wifi is strong - great to have no problems connecting from my room. Pleasant common area and kitchen, hot & cold water available. Basic breakfast supplied. Book cabinet to read from. Staff are obliging. Front door has a security card. Whole place is very nice!

In my opinion, quite expensive. But good luck finding cheaper in KK, it seems dearer here than other places I've been in Malaysia.

Really comfy bed and spacious room. The room size is a real treat in Malaysia for this price point. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is central. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms/showers are ok (decent). Overall id stay here again. With earplugs.

Our room was right beside the night market and the windows offer no sound proofing so there was loud music till late at night.

Breakfast was toast, butter and jam, coffee or tea, and cereal with milk. We like eggs, so we cooked out own in the microwave which was great. The lounge/reception area was so comfortable, with welcoming staff and good WiFi.

The broken public stairs up to the 1st floor can be off-putting. It was always nice to enter the reception area and feel at home

The lounge/breakfast/sitting area is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed sitting there to work on our computers and to chat with other guests. It was air conned and comfrotable.

A bedside table or light would be nice for those of us who read late, and the partner doesn't (so we can then turn off the overhead light.)

Really comfortable rooms and the bed sheets were incredibly soft. Breakfast is very basic but it’s nice. Free coffee and drinking water. Bathrooms kept very clean and has hot showers.

We had a lovely stay. Bed was comfy, WiFi worked well. Great location as its in easy walking distance to the waterfront. Staff were really friendly and it was great value for money as it included breakfast too.

Only thing missing was a mirror in the bedroom/bathroom

The check in time. This is to remind everyone that if you're gonna arrive late inform them one week before because communication is too slow.

Warm water in the bathroom. Shower gel and shampoo. The highlight was the bed - very comfortable!

The breakfast was so so - we got toasts with butter, chocolate cream and cornflakes with milk. Coffee is good.

Bath towel provided. The staff really friendly. Hot and cold water provided, free flow. Clean and spacious. Near todak waterfront only about 7mins walking, 3mins to pasar filipina, downstair have pasar malam sinsuran at night🤩🤩 really good spot to stay and very afforable.

The bathroom water have leak into the room.
