Excellent! Friendly and helpful staffs. Well indicated check in and check out. All smooth. Location is right by the side of the seafood market/port and central market. Easy interesting walk around the Hotel. Basically it is close to everything. Airport grab cost only 11RM. The room bis big and clean. There are a few homestays. Our favorite layout is what we choose. Open and big, comfortable and with a great ocean view. We also rented a car with Maison life, all smooth and the car is very new. When we arrived KK airport the car is waiting for us at the gate. A big big Thank you for everything.

The staff were incredibly helpful when we booked very last-minute! The room was ready and super clean with all the essentials for our stay. All the information was sent to us making everything clear and easy and the host checked everything was ok after our check in via WhatsApp.

The building is huge and needs a freshen up. This is not the fault of this host, it’s just that The Shore struggles a bit with the amount of use it gets and you can see it in the communal spaces.

Room is super clean and big, all things inside are brand new and works perfectly.

The lift experience was terrible, they have 4 lifts but too many people using the lifts. Each floor has around 30 units and there are 25 floors. Waited average 20-30 minutes to go up or down from my unit in 17 floor. Never seen a floor without people waiting for lift, the lift almost stop at every floor. Ground floor any time average 20 people waiting for lift to go up.

Clean Spacious apartment located in good central city location with complete kitchen utilities, washing machine dryer hence suitable for family gathering saving us lots of time not needing to go laundromat.

No free car parking. No sofa couch to entertain guests. The bed mattresses were extremely horrible and felt like it was taken from junk yard for use. I would have rated 10 if the mattresses were good.

The building is new. The swimming pool was also readily accessible. The room was clean, no smell, no dust, no mold, no hair. Tissue rolls, body wash, trash bag, dishwashing liquid and even laundry soap was provided. They even put 2 towels per bed, and towel for the floor! No soap/dirt streaks on the surfaces, you could easily tell that the cleaning service they employ is very thorough. Vincent is up to date in coordinating with us and gave us ample information. Check in/out was a breeze.

Not to the host (Vincent is great!) but to The Shore building security. It was lacking. There is a person in the reception counter but their verification process is very lax. It's a good thing for us because check in was a breeze. A bad thing if the wrong people can also just easily enter!

The room was fine, the staff very kind and available. Early check-in was granted and we left our luggage in the room before going visiting the city (and nearby islands), though we had to match our timetable with that of the cleaning staff.

The surroundings are generally fine, slightly downbeat, quite smelly because of the proximity to fish and wet markets. The view of our room faced onto another building.

*The bed feels like sleeping on a brick. Maybe the bed is new. *Have wifi but the password is wrong.looks like the modem have been reset. *City view block by building. I was expecting kota kinabalu view.

Miss Nicole and Mr. Vincent very communicative and fast respon. Internet perfect. Its clean. The location near center. We stay for 5 days and we asked for additional toilet tissue in the same day they give to us. The view from the window very beautiful

A lot of space for the price, great location.

Lifts were a bit busy and thus slow at times. The pool wasn’t too relaxing as busy, not edge of building (the one on the photo is separated by a fence.

The place is strategic. Our unit is big and comfortable.

The elevator system. I spend too much time while waiting this elevator. Parking system also costly although we are guest resident while it's free when i stay in other apartment in KK City.
