My first impression walking through the door was "WOW". You can tell the host had put a lot of thoughts in setting up an abode that would create a relaxing ambience. The suite was tastefully furnished and arranged. The bed was the best restaurant you could expect. Provided coffee and tea supplies not offered in other establishments in the building. Fresh kitchen towels for new tenants. That's hygienic. The host allowed me to check-in a lot earlier than scheduled. Thanks Zida. That saved me the hassles of having to wait for hours. Zida was also very responsive to my text messages. A great host indeed. This suite has just ranked top in my go-to accommodation when in town. I could not fault the host and the property even if I tried.

Great central location for the markets, bars, restaurants and the jetty for island trips. Nice modern feel to the apartment, comfortable and clean. Made use of the excellent washing machine but could do with an airer to hang clothes on the balcony. Nice big fridge/freezer. Nice pool areas.

Limited power outlets in the main bedroom (only had power on one side). Also, limited cooking facilities but we managed to cook steaks and fish. Smell from the drains in the shower, reported to the owner.

App is in tall modern building, big enough for 3-4 people, 2 separate sleeping rooms (king size + bunk bed). Was nice and clean, towels provided. A common swimming pool area in 6th floor with nice pools, but quite busy throughout the day. There is a small kitchen in the app if you intend to cook, various appliances also available. Location was great, 15min walk to ferries for the islands, lots of restaurants nearby (waterfront 5min walk), ATM in next building. Host was also helpful with arranging some transportation and always responsive.

Very nice ap artement, good beds, nice shower. In livingroom as well as in the 2 bedrooms airconditioning. You can use the pool and there even is a washingmachine. Good communication with host. Apartment is situated in central Kota Kinabalu

Sometimes there is a bad smell in the bathroom, but that's a problem in the entire building we read. So not something to blame this apartment for.

Suit for small family & feel like your own house, nearest attractions place just by walking distance around 3-5 minutes (handcraft market, SAFMA, todak waterfront), near to api-api night market (can by walk - around 10-15 minutes) but I prefer by car if you guys bring your parents, nearby bank (behind the shore building), near to 99 speed mart if you want buy some jajan or kudap2. This homestay view is facing the shore & SAFMA. Can see sunset from the swimming pool.

If you guy plan to cook your meal itself, is not suitable. But you still can prepare light meal.

The view was direct to the sea. The apartment was very clean & tidy. Size was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. Shower was turbo & satisfying. Washing machine & cuckoo water dispenser were provided. There's a small sofa & 2 beanbags on the living area where you can relax while having coffee.

Location is awesome, walking distance to tourists attractions such Philippine Market, wet & dry food market, Souvenirs, Gaya Streets, malls etc. unit facing sea view is added advantage for those luv sunset 😉.

Within walking distance of all the attractions. Plenty of markets, shopping malls and eateries. great view from the balcony.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Very clean and nice decorated. The location is wonderful because just a walking distance to market, Gaya street etc.. so convenient.
