Location : the location is spot on other than any homestay that i’d been stayed before.. its on the center of the city, in front of the KK Market, Pos office, supermarket.. u can just walk to CP or Suria sabah, wisma merdeka by just 5 to 6 minute.. WIFI : love it, we hv no problem with the wifi at all.. The pool is open everyday : 7am - 10pm.. There is 2 aircond provide ( 1 in bedroom(not working as we stay 5d 4n), 1 in the living room) additonal : hope the owner can provide the ceiling fan in future, bcoz there is time where don’t want to use aircond.. Kitchen utensil is provided for 2-3 person only, hope the owner can provide it more.. Washing Machine, rice cooker, refrigerator, induction cooker, kettle is provided..

Parking RM5/per entry ( actually no problem with that at all because u can easily found parking for your car ) The only thing that make us annoying is the aircond in the bedroom isn’t working 😢 its so hot if we close the door.. we hv to open the bedroom door, so the air of the living room aircond can through to our bedroom ( hope the owner can check that so other homestayer will not hving the same problem.. and almost forgot the bedroom door don’t hv the curtain..

The elevator was very slow, there was no floor indicator on the elevator. The place is pretty new as well, the staff said they just opened less than a month. Quite dirty at the lobby area and can also feel some dust in the room since everything is freshly renovated. 30th Nov 2023

Location is very good, fruit market, grocery stores, malls, attractions in a walking distance. Beautiful furniture, nice view.

The studio feels spacious. Safe for kids. Spectacular sunset view.

No dustbin inside bathroom. Need to go outside at the kitchen to throw toilet paper or any other things.
