The team was lovely, very welcoming and even offered us a gift from the management which was a super sweet touch. The room was not big but had plenty of amenities and the bathroom was almost entirely new. The location is central, walking distance from restaurants and even the pier (a bit further, but doable).

The only note I have to give is that the sheets had quite a few stains, which takes away from the clear effort of making this a memorable stay. But I believe they will sort this soon and this will be a great value for money stay in KK.

Great stay in Central Kota, about 8mins from the harbour front. Rooms have been recently refurbished and although they are small they are clean and effective. Lovely clean bedding and a comfortable bed, and a brand new bathroom! Staff were friendly and as my room was intera there was no noise e.g. from the night market opposite.

Room might be a bit small if you are two people.

Friendly frontdesk staff to give useful advise for Money exchange, kopitian, etc; and helped to call a taxi at good price (only RM9!!!!) luckily given a room with window view can open for fresh air sometimes while not really wanting to have air-con in the mid-nite... lots eatery around and a night market just right in front carpark lot. less 10 min walk to go to Centerpoint shopping mall for lots of food court, supermarket, cinema, etc to spend for a half day. walking up north for 15 min for a a pushy Suria shopping mall ........

I love its strategic location, and for me the walking distance to gaya street is the best of it all. The room rate is really affordable for a solo traveller like me.

Everything was great, except for the tv barely connects to the wifi, and despite i was staying in a room that has a window (faces maybank) the line coverage there was weak, which is incomprehensible. But not blaming the hotel though. Also my thigh got itchy from sitting on the chair that was in my room.

Convenience, stands out (colour), easy access to room, friendly and helpful staff when requests were made. Process of arrival and departure very easy. Comfortable bed. Shower hot.

No windows but that is the nature of the place, lack of hangers in the wardrobe. Teabags not available. Toilet roll not there until requested. Shower needed more power.

Great location, which is convenient to many popular tourist attraction such as restaurants or markets. A window with city view, though there isn’t much to see. Facilities are just enough, such as fridge, a useful equipment in the hot area.

The rooms for single travelers are quite small, with limited facilities. Sound-proof is not good enough to prevent the noise outside the window, especially when there’s the night market.

No breakfast provided but that's ok. The location good and strategic for parking since we park in front of the hotel. So, no issue on the safety of our vehicle.

About the promotion of the room, I suggest the hotel to personal message the customer about the promotion so, we know about the promotion and consider to grab the promotion. Everything was ok at the hotel. So far, nothing we dislike.

Quiet room and close to the centre of the town. It just takes half an hour to any markets, stores, restaurants or even the dock. A night market nearby, just takes several minutes to be there. The room is fully furnished, with everything I need. Friendly staff.
