I recently stayed at Super OYO 89847 Switz Paradise Hotel in Kota Kinabalu for one night on Feb 14 - Feb 15. The overall experience was positive. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff was courteous, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The hotel's location was convenient, and the stay offered good value for the price. I would consider staying here again in the future.

I love the room, eventhough the size is just compact; the facilities is good. No issue for me. Just that the TV and wifi is not working at the moment. But, we're still happy staying here! Thank you very much.

The only thing I don't like is they didn't give accommodation reserve parking for their guests.

The property is okay in terms of location, value for money, comfortable and clean.

I only have complain on the parking as at night must park at 9pm and after 9pm parking close and have to park outside the building which is quite inconvenient to walk quite a distance to reach the hotel. Maybe they can extend extra time for customers to park after 9pm inside the building.

Overall reasonable price since we only use the room for sleep.

Location is hidden, can't really see it from the roadside. Room has window but clearly no view.

There was no wifi and couldn't on tv. They said that it's out of service until new year. Should have fix it earlier

1. Clean private bathroom 2. Hot shower available even at night 3. Easy access to kopitiam / stores nearby. 4. Secured lobby entrance 5. Satisfying staff assistance

Im so sorry but, 1. Room has window but clearly no view. What we did is 24/7 with a closed curtain. 2. A bit tricky path to access the lobby for first timer. 3. Limited tv channels. 4. No complimentary mineral water or any water boiler that can be use.
