Small room could be too small though

Room was decent, clean and comfortable, toiletries provided. Blackout curtains are great for those who need to catch some sleep beyond sunrise hours. I like the location too, as it is not too far from a few places we planned to visit. Pharmacy, 24h mart and restaurants just a few steps away. Staff are friendly always have the biggest smile that makes you feel so welcomed and very helpful.

Sound proofing not the best, we can kinda hear the neighbours talking or when they open or close the doors etc but not too big of an issue for us because our neighbours are decent enough to keep it down at night.

Im very satisfied and like the room. For me, the room is clean and very comfortable. I also like the services, everyone is so kind and helpful. The place very startegic and good. Its near laundry and restaurant. I would love to book and stay here again. Beside iron, extra pillow even parking is free. Really value my money.

I wish they have netflix but i do enjoy all the free movie that provided. I hope it provided subtitle. The aircond quite slow at first slowly get cold. But other than that this hotel is very good. Also, they doesnt have large room that can fit more than 4 people but you can book extra room and its worth money.

I highly recommend this hotel as the staff are very friendly, room is clean and location is excellent. Outside the hotel are restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a pharmacy. It was very easy to call for Grab car from airport to hotel. In fact, calling for a Grab car was very easy everywhere we went in Kota Kinabalu. Stroll 10 minutes and catch the beautiful sunset at 'KK Waterfront' starting 5.30pm and ending at 6.30pm. We will definately stay here again and it is very good value for money.

The staff was helpful. The location was good (one of the main reasons I chose this hotel). The hotel was reasonably priced. The hotel was modern and clean and the rooms were decent size and so were the bathrooms. Basic amenities were provided and that was good. Closeby many cafes and shops/pharmacies. About 1 km or slightly more walk to the water front and other malls.

The hotel could have provided face towels or another set of smaller towels.

Room size consider spacious fr 2 persons stay, provided the basic room amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, hair and body shampoo & etc. Bed linen all clean and no smell. Location is surrounding with shops, eatery, 24 hours mart and have massages shop. Easy to get around with grab car.

It would be nice if provide electric kettle in room and sandal. Nice time can hear very clearly the water sound from above room. If can improve of this, I think it would be nice.

The staff are friendly, and the bed are good. The breakfast buffet has good range and I love the location being so near to the Sabah Centre Point, and of course, Borenos!

My room was upgraded to a bigger room, however, the big room had some minor leakage. it did affected my clothing but very minor. I have alerted the staff upon checking out, hopefully they will fix it soon.

Room and bathroom are clean. Location to eateries nearby. WIFI is fast. Free Car park available but few spaces. Cafe at the lobby. TV includes flight information (Great addition!).

Too small - no closet, bed is movable located in a strip of empty space. Wooden saddle chair with no back support. Bathroom's mirror has no light - hard to see with one light on the ceiling. Far from major malls. There is a mall like building right on the adjacent building but looks very few shops.

Good value for money with the price I paid. No issues with the room during my three night stay. Centrally located with a lot of shops (restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores) only within a stone’s throw away. Cleanliness is also exceptional, hopefully this can be maintained moving forward.

Room size is on the smaller, but still workable if you are a solo traveler or traveling in a pair of two.
