Im very satisfied and like the room. For me, the room is clean and very comfortable. I also like the services, everyone is so kind and helpful. The place very startegic and good. Its near laundry and restaurant. I would love to book and stay here again. Beside iron, extra pillow even parking is free. Really value my money.

I wish they have netflix but i do enjoy all the free movie that provided. I hope it provided subtitle. The aircond quite slow at first slowly get cold. But other than that this hotel is very good. Also, they doesnt have large room that can fit more than 4 people but you can book extra room and its worth money.

I highly recommend this hotel as the staff are very friendly, room is clean and location is excellent. Outside the hotel are restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a pharmacy. It was very easy to call for Grab car from airport to hotel. In fact, calling for a Grab car was very easy everywhere we went in Kota Kinabalu. Stroll 10 minutes and catch the beautiful sunset at 'KK Waterfront' starting 5.30pm and ending at 6.30pm. We will definately stay here again and it is very good value for money.

Room size consider spacious fr 2 persons stay, provided the basic room amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, hair and body shampoo & etc. Bed linen all clean and no smell. Location is surrounding with shops, eatery, 24 hours mart and have massages shop. Easy to get around with grab car.

It would be nice if provide electric kettle in room and sandal. Nice time can hear very clearly the water sound from above room. If can improve of this, I think it would be nice.

Room and bathroom are clean. Location to eateries nearby. WIFI is fast. Free Car park available but few spaces. Cafe at the lobby. TV includes flight information (Great addition!).

Too small - no closet, bed is movable located in a strip of empty space. Wooden saddle chair with no back support. Bathroom's mirror has no light - hard to see with one light on the ceiling. Far from major malls. There is a mall like building right on the adjacent building but looks very few shops.

Good value for money with the price I paid. No issues with the room during my three night stay. Centrally located with a lot of shops (restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores) only within a stone’s throw away. Cleanliness is also exceptional, hopefully this can be maintained moving forward.

Room size is on the smaller, but still workable if you are a solo traveler or traveling in a pair of two.

Strategically located in the city centre. Walking distance to seafood restaurants. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights. Paid for the same price but did not get the same complimentary items on the second day (eg. toothbrush). Bed was very near to the door, so it was a bit noisy and disturbing for light sleepers when neighbours close doors, housekeeping doing vacuuming, guests talking at the corridor.

My 2nd satisfied stay. Very friendly helpful staff from check in to security. Clean good size room that smell fresh. Big screen TV for the room with lots of new movies for free. The staff in the hotel restaurant are also friendly and offered a good variety of food. Place is clean and welcoming. Good location with free parking validation. Business or pleasure, you'll be happy to stay here.

Our room is spacious. Very clean and tidy. We have requested a simple deco and the team had presented it nicely. Thank you very much for that.

With 3 adult staying, we have a minor difficulty recarding the access card - provided only one card. When one of us out, one have to fetch him downstairs to access the elevator. The add on fir breakfast is quite pricey referring to the spread of food served.

I love single rooms because they are comfortable and the perfect space for one person.

The facilities provided are lacking, if possible also provide a place to prepare hot water such as a water jug ​​heater to make it easier for us to make coffee. I know there is a water dispenser outside but it is very difficult for us to go in and out when we want to get water because only 1 glass is provided in the room.

Perfect 10! I was surprised by the simple room that has the quality comfort of a 5 star. Love the liquid shampoo and body bath soothing fragrance, not the type u get fr most 3 star, bed fabric and texture soft and comfy, necessary amenities provided. Most of all, many thanks to the front desk and cleaners for keeping up with cleanliness and warm reception 😍
