Very nice, clean hotel in a convenient location away from the main road. Amenities were good, room was clean and shower was warm. Furthermore they were kind enough to pack me breakfast at 6am on the day of departure. Big plus: The rooftop lounge has an excellent view and menu. Recommendable also to folks not staying at Kutumba.

It was occassionally a bit loud from the hallway and it did not help that sometimes neighbouring rooms were cleaned at 10pm. There was some confusion during airport pickup, but in the end everything worked well.

- room was great and clean. they offered the bathroom super clean which was important to me. - the breakfast was good. overall it's neat. - they gave us fruits, cookies, and kind of gifts(-I don't know where to use) for welcoming.

- the staff seems no experience booking.com at all. we've booked this hotel for two days , the other hotel for one day, and this hotel again for two days. so we checked out twice. the staff said they didn't find our reservation till showing them the booking.com application - spending an hour. and the last night, they asked to check for booking.com because they didn't paid through the booking.com... - calling twice.

the terrace, the view, and dinner. The staff was accommodating and kind. It is a great paid service to hire a chauffeur to be able to visit places, this opportunity was a great bonus, and the chauffeur was extra helpful I strongly recommend

the location is a bit far away from the center. The transfer to the airport only works for the pickup but not for the return

The breakfast was fresh, and the area is very safe for walking. It is within walking distance to Patan, and nearby the hotel there is a variety of nice restaurants and coffee shops.

There are no facilities like gym or swimming pool

I really liked this hotel for the following reasons : The restaurant on the top of the hotel The view from upstairs (a 360 degrees view on Katmandu) The breakfast is quite good The service from the hotel's employees who are really eager to respond to your needs. The price of the room is really good in comparison with the service and the size of the room

The restaurant offers a variety of foods but it is quite expensive.

Great view over Patan and Kathmandu from the terrace. Excellent food for lunch/dinner. Best Momos I have had during my stay. Very friendly staff. Good location in Bakundohl, also close to old center of Patan. In total we stayed about 2 weeks in Hotel Kutumba.

The focus of the breakfast is nepali-indian style. For continental breakfast it is not so good - actually gets quite boring after a few days.

Excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and modern rooms.

Breakfast is ok but only a few western options and only Nescafé coffee. Such a pity considering that the hotel has a coffee bar just next to the breakfast area. I found it weird that reception called every night to ask if I had dinner (even after having eaten in their restaurant).

The Junior suite was large and comfortable.

The air-conditioning was quite noisy.

Value for money breakfast, good customer service, especially owner is there to make sure everything meets customer expectation.
