It’s modern and clean, price and service were excellent. The location was good, close to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and coffee shops options

Need to give more attention to have more English speakers especially in the reception.. one night I asked for an iron but the lady in the reception didn’t understood my request and closed the line 😅

Nice and clean, close to subway station, just beside two big shopping mall with a lot of restaurant opitions. Wonderful room perfect for family. The breakfast was good with Asian and Western options. My family really enjoy the stay. 😊👍

Room change. I made a booking for two nights and they comunicate me that have a conflict of reservation, we have to move to another room on second night.

Great hotel - highly recommend. Witch Chef restaurant, Grand Mercure with it's in-house gym and pool - the only way to survive China!:)

Rooms were not cleaned regularly. There was smell of the cigarettes from the previous occupants.

We had to wait 6 hours at the airport as the promised pick up and drop off was denied at the airports bus transport hub. The hotel's contact number went unanswered from 5am until 11am. I was told by the airport staff to take the metro! Not a good idea when traveling with baggage and a six year old plus having to change lines to get to the destination 1 hour later, with no Chinese. Then we waited for a bus (A6) and left for the hotel which was 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive at its destination which is far too long. We had to get the last bus which left at 21.00 thus did not have much time to rest or see any thing around which was the plan. When we left the hotel to find some food as we missed the breakfast which was part of the booking we found that no one took an overseas credit card. Thus, we had to get local currency AND FOR THIS WE HAD TO GET A CHINESE NATIONAL!! THIS TOOK ANOTHER HOUR OFF OUR REST AS WE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE HOTEL TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE which was provided. Overall a negative experience not to be repeated again. If you really have to / want to go take enough local cash and pick a hotel much closer to the airport.
