Breakfast was gre at, lots of options. Sitting by the pool having a beer. Good food options reasonably priced.

A few to many mosquitoes by the pool. Recommend repellent. 7th floor lots of road noise. Dogs barking,motorcycles and neighbors air conditioning etc. Charge for on sight parking. Call the desk from your room they don't answer ( two people at the desk)?

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. The girl at the front desk was happy to have the chance to speak English. She did very well. Breakfast was wonderful and sitting by the pool at night having a beer was relaxing. My wife had the squash soup delivered to the room 😋 and was very satisfied. The shower was great plenty of water with both hot and cold readily available.

There were a few mosquitoes 🦟 in the breakfast area and the room A/C seemed a bit noisy. Considering my home A/C is a bit noisy and I also have mosquitoes 🦟 😀 snakes 🐍 😳 and other Amazon visitors. I felt right at home!

I love this property. It’s very conveniently located. It’s clean and has nice decor. It has great breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was comfortable. Maybe it would be nice to have a Roku tv to have different applications available like Netflix or Hulu.

Room and corridors felt pretty run down. Air-con unit in the room was very loud. Dinner was quite expensive and didn't feel like the food represented the cost. The indoor air-conditioned part of the restaurant was closed so we had to eat in the outside part which was very hot and humid.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is very comfortable, clean with good size room. There is a nice courtyard with a swimming pool and a great breakfast is offered in an adjacent room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating fir our check-in time. The hotel is located in a safe area. Highly recommended to any travelers.

Lovely hotel not far from the centre. Good sized room and comfortable bed. Delightful bar and pool area surrounded by trees and plants. Very helpful staff.

Great place to stay whilst in Cuiaba and close to the downtown entertainment hub and grocery stores. Great veiws of the city and surround area from the higher floors. Superb breakfast included and a safe neighbourhood to walk around in. The hotel benefits from a really great outdoor area with a garden and pool area.

Breakfast good. Cleaning fantastic. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in. Great shower. Lovely hotel Friendly cleaning lady. Terrace by pool and water feature lovely.

Check in and check out was slow as was service most of rhe time in bar. Nescafe very disappointing. Fresh coffee needed. More vegetarian/vegan options. Staff only spoke Portughese. My visa debit card was resfused and I had to go twice to bank to pay for rooms.

It would have been nice to have more space to hang my clothes or fold them. There weren’t enough hangers or a chest of drawers. I was staying at the hotel for a longer period of time.
