Quick check on- good breakfast

There was a crying baby across the hall. It wasn’t horrible, perhaps spacing customers more when it’s off season. Your ice machine was out of ice. Considering that I’ve been to at least two properties with work out rooms and swimming pools, no one has promoted these to me. Maybe it’s not the season. Anyway what a great way to create memories with families with small children. And most likely future visits. The kids will always want to go back to the place that had the indoor swimming pool! I’ll send you a bill for my consulting fee-

The room was good for the price. Breakfast was decent. Not only was sugary stuff served, they serve eggs and sausages. It was a bonus.

There is no information at Booking.com the hotel takes extra money for pets. I did find this info on the Hotel website, but I don't think it is the right way to do business. I ended up paying extra 40$ for 2 pets. When I asked the administrator about this payment, he said they are not responsible for the information at Booking.com. I had to check their website. And yes, on the hotel website there is the information concerning pet fees, but shouldn't the hotels provide Booking.com the full information about extra fees? The administrator was RUDE in a polite way.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and the desk was a nice setup.

The heater was a little loud and did not make steady noise. It also didn't have a wall mounted temperature control. Did not have a built-in closet, having the dresser made the angle for using hangers awkward.

Quick and easy check in, Comfy beds, more than enough pillows, a hot, steamy shower so invigorating I felt steam cleaned, and pressure washed at the same time! A small, guest laundry, with average prices, $2 each for washer and dryer, a heated pool, and hot tub.

Before we had our luggage out of the car, a young woman with a baby approached us, and asked us to pay for her room, of course in this day and age I suspected a scam and refused. We tried to have the clerk contact family services to help her out, but he was aloof and distant, and by the time he finally mgot off the phone, she was nowhere to be found

The front desk manager Tim Erion was the best when I checked in it showed me as cancelled reservation which I didn't I cancelled the extra bed he was very friendly and patient and uncanceled my room I really appreciated him taking care of us and getting my room back. I made sure to get his card so I can reserve directly next visit. He is an excellent employee.

That the online booking was so confusing when canceling the Xtra bed and it cancelled my whole reservation. We drove for six hours and almost didn't have a room.

The location is perfect for traveling between Reno and Spokane. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

About the only complaint is that by 8:30 the breakfast items are pretty sparse - no yogurt or bananas and only a few pieces of bread. However, we are appreciative of just having coffee, orange juice and some cereal and milk to start the day. Also, there were alot of people the last 2 times we stayed and with only 1 service person, it's difficult to keep up.

Great location. Comfortable and clean.

Leak from rain above the window in Room 325. Dripping pretty hard onto the window sill inside above the room heater and splashing into the room heater control box.. Sound of dripping all night. Needs fixing. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag. Really needs fixing.

Proximity to I-84 and it was good 1/2 way point from where I live and UT and my trip out to Seattle

Pool was cold and hot tub wasn't really hot....the free continental Bfast wasn't all to good. Needed better eggs and only protein options and need another waffle maker and nonstick spray

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine for a complimentary breakfast. Checking in was quick and easy.

It rained while I was sleeping. When I woke up to leave, the parking lot was flooded. I had to walk in three/four inches of water to get to my car. It's not a great way to start the day.

I stay here once a yr as I travel between WY and WA. It feels comfortable. I like the location and the shopping nearby. Can even wash my vehicle if I want. The walk in shower was GREAT.

Was way down the hall from the elevator on floor 2. Next yr I'd like the walk in shower closer to the desk, if possible!
