The room was clean and was serviced everyday. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, distilleries and great food

My husband and as bitten by bugs. He had an allergic reaction and needed antibiotics for the welts to calm down

Central location on town square by cathedral. Nice rooftop plaza with city views. Easy access from bus station. Lots of action on weekends.

Room is a little dated. More hot water pressure would be appreciated.

We loved the hotel location and Macario such a great helper, he answered all our questions.

The beds were not to comfortable other then that it was good.

Tequila Fair made getting to the hotel very difficult, same with parking as so many roads were closed.

The air conditioner cannot be set on anything other than very high.

The roof top patio was a wonderful place to watch the moon rise and get a bird’s eye view of the plaza.

The rooms all open to a central courtyard and noise echoed. Signage requesting quiet after 10 might help.

if you get an 'inside room', it is quiet. if you have a room facing the square - it is VERY noisy.
