The property is clean and well maintained. The staffs are kind. There was a washer and a dryer rack in the unit I stayed, Jr. Suite Room, which was a plus. I had no issues during my stay of about two weeks. The location is very convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to AK Plaza/Seohyun Station and gives you excellent public trasportation choices or shopping. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel as well. There is a a little cafe on the hotel lobby floor and they serve a good coffee.

There is nothing that I can think of. The only thing I thought was the front desk area. There is only one desk/podium for front desk, but that was not a big deal. I didn't have any problem because it was not crowdy at all times.

The location was so convenient, and the room had everything that I needed (washing machine, iron, microwave, etc.). The reception in charges was always so helpful and nice.

The only thing that disappointed me was that there was a balcony photo for the room on booking.com, but actually, this room had no balcony, so I had to smoke outside every time.

We decided to upgrade our accommodation (from guesthouses) for the last couple of days of our trip in South Korea and were happy we did. The room was spacious with a table and comfortable chairs, huge bathroom., clean, comfortable bed and very quiet. Easy walk from Seohyeon station and plenty of food places and convenience stores in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Due to some complications I had to extend my stay... multiple times. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful the entire week I was there and even helped me out by printing my PCR test results before I leave Korea to move back home.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was clean and modern with soft beds, big rooms, and excellent staff. My room even had a massive bathtub separate from the shower area.

Staff was not so nice. Whenever I ask something , they don’t answer nicely. I guess , since I am Korean who speaks korean (but not living in korea),they assume that Im supposed to know everything.
