The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and nice to sleep In. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Plenty of space to hang my clothes. I was able to open the window properly, which was good in the heat. A very good breakfast with plenty to choose from. The atmosphere in the dining room was very pleasant. The sound in the room was calm which was good to my father and his hearing aid. The staff was really nice with good service. The hotel is located well with short distances. The pub Bishop Arms is within spitting distance and a nice place to have a beer.

I have nothing in particular to complain about.

This is a great option to stay in Lulea. It is 10 min away by bus from the airport and you have to walk around 3 or 4 minutes from the bus stop to the hotel, which it is very convenient if you have a big luggage. The staff is very friendly and it has an amazing buffet for breakfast. It is very well located so you have restaurants close by, You can have a great view of the river. The staff is very friendly.

This is not something directly bad, but the first day that we arrived, the cleaning staff left the window slightly open and that made the night extremely cold. Thankfully, the reception has heaters that you can ask for.

They really do their best to be a elite hotel. It is in Sweden, but nevertheless the breakfast is far better than usually in Netherlands or Germany and the service is doing it's best to be helpful and appear to be professional. Evening coffee in the lobby tastes really better than in the most parts of Europe including Italy and France. There is no better place to stay in Lulea (January 2025).

The hotel is a part of a street-block, so there is a yard inside, sometimes noisy. One particularly sensitive might be disturbed by the sounds of working ventilation. There is no air-conditioning and the radiators in the family room had been quite small (window in the corner), so to warm up the room we had to put the curtains on the window's sill and... turn down the radiator later :-)

The staff were amazing, especially front of house - they went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Breakfast was mouthwatering - so much choice, everything fresh, could have stayed there all day! Rooms were comfortable and well equiped, perfect for our stay duration. Location of hotel was excellent for shopping and access to both harbour areas. Lots of good eating and drinking choices.

Main restaurant could have been open - it was post Xmas but that would have been nice. Also, to have had both our rooms next to each other but a real minor issue.

The location is great, overlooking the square and just a few minutes walk from the bus stop from airport. We arrived slightly early but our room was ready and we were able to check in. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable and cozy. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the square, a great view. Breakfast is served in the ballroom, was varied and plentiful. Coffee and tea and available in reception but you can also ask for a kettle for your room. Overall great hotel, would recommend and stay again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the location is just the centre of the city and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling.

The shower system, unfortunately. I wish there could be a cover/curtain in the window where the shower is located. The window itself is looking outside to busy street as well as to busy restaurant/night club. It felt really uncomfortable to take a shower because it felt like whoever looked at the hotel window could see me that I was taking a shower.

An old building that radiates grandeur. The location is great. Next to a park with a playground for kids. Short walk to the theater. Main entrance is to the main shopping street of the city with just some 150m walk to the closest shopping centre. We had a family room for our group of four and there was plenty of space in the room. Very high ceiling height in the room which made the room feel spacious. The room was quiet. The beds were huge, that really surprised us. Our room had a partial view to the sea. The breakfast was great and served in a beautiful gallery. The kids received small activity packages when we checked in with a small reward when tasks like tasting pancakes at the breakfast or making faces in front of the mirrors were done. Parking in the same building, even if access to it is a bit difficult.

Parking is in the same building but since it's an old building there is no direct elevator access and instead you have to walk through an inner courtyard and a short distance on the street to get to your parked car. The garage has been made when cars were smaller so it's a very tight fit for modern cars and the ceiling is low. There's a playroom for kids, I guess, at least we happened to find a room with a ping-pong table and some toys and drawing equipment, but the room was really lightly equipped. It's almost not worth mentioning.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and window was glorious, showed the church where my mother had been baptised as an infant and made her so happy to see it. Breakfast was so well-appointed and generous. Great for any diet types. Wow. Loved it. Staff was responsive when we had a question and when we lingered after breakfast to visit with family we do not live near, no one rushed us out. Service and bussing the tables were almost not noticed it was so well done. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wish we had more time to stay longer!! Loved every minute. Great bathrooms too.

I wasn't sure I had booked the correct hotel because of the bad reviews. But wow what a place. Fantastic venue. Huge hotel with absolutely huge rooms. Well mine was. Big bed and big bathroom. Two windows with a decent view. Big TV. I didn't turn on. Because there is so much to do in and around the town. Nearby is a sportsbar that I got to watch premier League football. There is walking out on a frozen lake. And so much more. Back to the hotel which is very busy, there is a restaurant on site. I had lunch there. And breakfast in a different part of the hotel was in the biggest room I have ever seen for eating breaky. Lots to choose from. And lastly the reception front desk is manned by wonderful staff especially Ida. Thanks for your help and advice.
