Room was really nice, clean and spacious, beds were comfy and spacious! Bath room nice too. I liked the 2 glasses very much that were provided in the room, so much better than paper/plastic cups! Air conditioning worked well, big pillows as well as thinner pillows. We love the idea that drinking water was provided on Ground Floor for free and we could refill the glass bottle with nice and cold drinking water over and over again! And great that sustainability has high priority!

No door in shower cabin, floor outside cabin completely wet and fridge did not work properly.

Very nice and vibrant lobby area, with the check-in desk and the bar at the same place for your convenience. There is also a pool table and a foosball table free for the quests to use. The breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and helpful.

Although the room was nice, there was no air conditioning. For me, it was not a problem, but if you are hot all the time, you might need to open a window. That is not ideal since my room was facing the street, and you could hear the tram even with a closed window.

It was a nice environment to walk into, the rooms were comfortable, only a few minutes walk to the centre of town.

Parking was not an issue as such as there was a multi storey car park next door which you had to pay for, about 20 euros for 24 hours but all the lower levels were reserved so you had to go to the top and they were tight turns for a large car, there is a lift. The hotel has a deal with one across the road which is a little cheaper. Value for money? I consider it a little expensive for what you get. 10 to 15 euros a night difference would be right in my mind. Would I stay there again? Yes

Inlike the location, cleanness and amenities in the hotel

I parked my car thinking that it was central parking garage which is the one hotel has agreement. However I parked to the next door parking garage by mistake. When I was checking out the staff at receptipn told me that it was wrong one so I had to pay for parking. And the same thing happend to the next customer too. So it looked like a common mistake and I asked reception could you maybe look for a way to make ot more clear for people? And she told me that is was clear in the booking message and she was rude

We arrived at dinner time, and had the “best” mojito ever, even better than Cuba! We had dinner and both ordered different entres’ and both were excellent! We were on a river cruise and dining was a consistent **** rating, but this was our best meal and hotel in 15 nights in Europe. Will definitely recommend to friends and book again when possible. An amazing staff, very friendly and helpful, just an all round good experience!

Very good location right at the heart of the city. Spacious room and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet and restaurant are delicious! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help (e.g.: the tv in my room didn't work, but it got fixed on the same afternoon).

Parking is good, but you will have to walk for 3-4 minutes. If it rains, it can be a problem. Cleanliness was good, except for one towel that had visible stains.

Nice hotel, well located in walking distance to the Liege city center and yet very accessible by car. The family room is spacious and comfortable, with the necessary amenities. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options, decent coffee, and a variety of juices.

It would be nice to have more privacy between spaces as technically the Family room is just one big shared space. Besides, windows need cleaning.

As regular visitors to Liege we have generally been disappointed with hotels in this city, so are really happy to recommend this one. Spacious room, and quiet (as requested). Safe, locked, left luggage facility. Efficient parking arrangement with the Central Car Park just over the road, at a good rate. Excellent location for the opera house and central shopping area. Friendly, helpful staff too.

A good coffee-making machine in the room would be the icing on the cake, but perhaps now I am being picky!

Staff were soooo amazing. So helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to look after us. We had been involved in a motorcycle accident and had just come out of hospital. We needed a place to stay until we could get flights back home. We were well looked after by all staff members, and Danielle kindly collected our medication as I was unable to walk far due to injuries. The atmosphere of the hotel is incredible, very upbeat and quirky, with comfortable seating areas. The room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast choice was excellent and the bar food was delicious. We appreciated the water refill machine, which saved the use of plastic bottles and helped the environment. Danielle also organised a taxi to get us to the airport and informed the taxi driver to drive carefully due to our injuries. The taxi driver, Haris, was very kind and considerate. An all round superb hotel. They ticked every box for us and we cannot thank them enough for looking after us following the trauma we had experienced. We cannot thank them enough.

Quirky set up where the only bar / restaurant is there just as you enter the main doors. That is where you check in as well. Pool table available for free. The vibe is energetic in the evenings with a lot of hotel guests spending time at the bar. Good selection of beers and small selection of food. Good location with a short walk to some shops / restaurants.

This was specific to our room, but we had a view of a parking garage, which was a very poor view. Kept the curtains closed the entire time. The hotel was busy when we were there, so there were no other rooms available to switch to.
